Placements: Nearly 60% of students were placed in my course. The highest package is 21 lakhs per annum, the lowest package is 3 lakhs per annum, and the average package offered is 8 lakhs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Effetronics and TCS. 90% of students got internships from this course.

Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available for the course are good. All the equipment is used in an orderly manner. Wi-Fi connection is good. Labs and classrooms consist of a good environment. Coming to the hostel facilities, it consists of a Wi-Fi connection, but medical facilities are very poor, although there is good support for sports and games.

Faculty: The teachers are helpful for improving your skills. The teachers are qualified and have good knowledge, with the best teaching qualities. The course is relevant for students; it makes the students industry-ready. The semester exams in your college are a little bit difficult.

Other: I have chosen this course because I am interested in electronics. The best thing about the course is we can move to both software and hardware. Students should be good in circuit analysis and communication skills. All fests and events are conducted well in your college.

Good environment for girls to study. There are average placements.

Placements: Only 40 students out of 140 were placed. The highest package is 13 LPA, and the lowest package is 5 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Amazon, TCS, Accenture, etc. The roles offered are software developer, web developer, etc. Fewer students get internships from our course.

Infrastructure: We have a single block for all classes, but we have sufficient classes and labs provided for us. The labs' condition is good. We have good hostel facilities provided with good, balanced-diet food. Good care is taken of the students. We have a ground where we can play many games.

Faculty: The teachers are well-qualified and good at teaching. All teachers are postgraduates. Our junior batch is autonomous, so their exam curriculum is good, but our batch is under JNTU affiliation, so the exam curriculum is somewhat tough, and the exam schedules are hard because of the limited time.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of strict rules and faculty.

Placements: The percentage of students who were placed in our course is 70%. The average package offered in our course is between 4 and 11 LPA. The top recruiting company in our course is IBM Amazon. The percentage of students who got internships from our course is 60%. Roles offered by IEEE.

Infrastructure: Satisfied hostel. Very strict rules, no medical facilities, no library permission, poor quality of food. No sports or games. Students are forced to study. Basically, I am a scholar student. But my friends who were in the hostel complained more about it.

Faculty: No teachers were helpful, but all faculty are qualified. Average teaching quality. I don't think so, but some of the students reach the industry. Semester exams are very difficult. Pass percentage is 80%. Most of the faculty are knowledgeable and technical.

Other: Because it has both hard and soft core sides.

Placements: This year in our college about 60% of students got placed in many companies such as Capgemini, Microsoft, Google, etc. As per my knowledge, the highest salary package offered is 46.5 LPA. Capgemini is a top recruiting company. Roles offered are software developer and HR.

Infrastructure: In our college, there are many useful facilities such as labs, Wi-Fi, library cafeteria, etc. Timings are from 8:00 AM to 10:00 PM for library. Food is above average and good hostels in our college are Sita, Ganga, Padmavati and remaining all are average.

Faculty: Most faculty members in our college are doctorates and all are almost friendly and some are even strict. Course curriculum relevant. Semester exams in our college are a bit easier when compared to other colleges. Pass percentage is around 95%.

Placements: 1. About 200 people in this college chose the ECE group. 2. No placements happened. 3. This college only brings small, internship-offering companies. 4. No MNC companies visits the campus. 5. It is hard to get a job on campus after graduation. 6. It is better to try for jobs off-campus.

Infrastructure: 1. The college is very big and has good grounds. Nice classrooms, Wi-Fi, and a library are there. 2. A digital library is also there but the books used on campus are very old. 4. The canteen is big but food is average. Limited items will be there. 5. There are different canteens and hostels there for management people and government reservation people separately.

Faculty: Most of the faculty are M.Tech or B.Tech passed out students with minimal knowledge. They come to class, they give materials and pdfs which are downloaded from Google. We need to understand the subject and if we understand it is very easy to pass in the exams .

JNTU Kakinada Scholarships 2024

The university doesn’t provide any scholarships to the students. However, a portal JNTU World gives the list of scholarships given by the government and how can their students apply for them. The Government of Andhra Pradesh provides financial aid to BC, SC, ST, Minority, EBC, and Kapu students in the form of Reimbursement of Tuition Fees (RTF) and Maintenance costs (MTF). Some of the JNTU Kakinada scholarship programmes mentioned are as follows:

Minority Scholarships

Minority Scholarship mostly known as MOMA Scholarship is one of the most popular scholarship programs around the country.
This scholarship program is provided to the minority community students only. Every year 60000 minority group students benefit from this scholarship.
An amount of 30000 is given to the students directly to their account i.e. direct benefit transfer (DBT).

Telangana E-Pass Scholarship

The government provides post-matriculation scholarships to the students.
For the scholarship student must have a class X pass.
Post-matriculation studies include ITI, Polytechnic, professional, graduate, post-graduate, and PhD courses.
Candidates from backward Castes are eligible such as ST or SC with an Annual Income Less than 2 Lakhs.
Scholarship students have to maintain 75% of marks in each semester.
Students for part-time courses are not eligible for this position.
Scholarships are not provided to the students joining training courses.

Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU), Kakinada campus is spread over 110 acres of land. The institute facilitates its students with a library, auditorium, seminar/ conference halls, guest houses, hostels, canteen, internet and wifi, computer labs, bank & fire station. The following facilities are provided by the JNTU Kakinada:

Infrastructure: The college houses 40 lecture halls, four drawing halls, laboratories, a computer center, and a seminar hall with a seating capacity of 150 people. Each department has its library, and seminar hall in their building. A Powerhouse with a 140 KV generator connected to all buildings including hostels.

Hostels: The college presently has 4 hostel blocks, two for boys and two for girls. Hostels can accommodate about 820 boys and 575 girls. Hostels are provided with the best facilities for the daily needs of students.

Library: The college library consists of nearly 61,414 books, about 126 Journals, and 4000 online journals.

Sports and Recreation: The college has adequate facilities for sports and games. There are facilities for playing Cricket, Football, Table Tennis and other games. A running track is also available. There is a multi-gym inside the campus.

Other facilities: Other facilities include an Auditorium, Guest House, Bank, Staff Quarters, Canteen, and medical facilities with qualified doctors and dispense.
