LPU admission to BTech course is based on LPUNEST or CUET score. Apart from this, candidates apply for BTech CSE Software Product Engineering need to pass KQ test followed by a PI round. Additionally, candidates need to pass Class 12 in relevant subjects to apply for BTech course. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat. • A pass in Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English or equivalent as compulsory subjects from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech CSE, ECE, EE, EEE, IT and BTech (Hons) CSE Data Science and Data Engineering, CSE-Cyber Security & Blockchain and CSE-Full Stack Software.
• Candidates need to pass Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology and English or equivalent as compulsory subjects from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% aggregate to apply for Food Technology, Biotechnology and Biomedical Engineering.
• Aspirants who have passed Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics/ Biology/ Biotechnology and English or equivalent as compulsory subjects from a recognised board with a minimum of 60% aggregate can apply for Mechanical, Civil and Chemical Engineering.
• A pass in Class 10 and Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics and English with at least 60% aggregate is required to apply for BTech CSE Software Product Engineering.

The exam fee for LPUNEST is INR 1,000 for males and INR 500 for females. 'Take Admission' option is now available to all applicants. This means that candidates can qualify for admission through the LPUNEST/ interview process either before or after submitting their application for BTech course. Step 1: Visit the official website and click on the ' Apply Now' tab at the top of the web page. 

Step 2: Register on the official admission portal of LPU i.e. LPUADMIT (admission.lpu.in) with basic details such as name, email-id, mobile no., state, gender and password). The email id used during registration will act as the username for the portal and the password needs to be set by the candidate while registering.  Candidates can continue to apply for LPUNEST (for scholarship purposes). 

Step 3: Upload the requisite documents.
