B.Com. in International Accounting and Finance - Batch of 2028

Read this review for getting clarity in B.Com ACCA/IAF course of MIT WPU.
Placements: The placement offered for B.Com IAF is known as B.Com ACCA. The average package is about 6.5 LPA, and the highest is 12 LPA. Students need to get 7.5 plus CGPA for being eligible for placements. So, if you are going to study well in university, then you will get a good company. Companies like KPMG, DEUTSCH, and Standard Chartered visit our campus for our department. However, you can also demand certain companies for placement.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is huge and super nice. Everyone loves the infrastructure of the campus. However, the feels are also high. I would recommend not opting for hostel facilities at MIT WPU. The hostel will charge you 2.5 lacs per year, and you will have the hostel 12 km away. They also provide bus facilities every one hour, but it is a very tiring and fatiguing situation for students. The students who opt for hostel facilities usually miss their lectures. However, the facilities at the hostel are great; the only drawback it has is that it is located 12 km away from college.
Faculty: The faculty is great. They are friendly and knowledgeable; the faculty are well professional. They have industry-relevant experience and insights, which help students to gain insights into the job market, which makes it easy for students to get land with a good job.
Other: The B.Com IAF is one of the most value-for-money courses at MIT WPU. It has only fees of 1.35 Lacs per year. This is also accredited by ACCA UK. So, I will get an exception for ACCA exams on 9/13. They also provide you with a tuition facility for clearing the rest of the 4 papers.

B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering (Artificial Intelligence and Data Science) - Batch of 2027
4.4
4Placements5Infrastructure5Faculty4Crowd & Campus Life4Value for Money
MIT-World Peace University: Home to the future of India.
Placements: CSE (AI-this) has a placement percentage of about 80%. The highest package offered was 41.44 LPA, the lowest package was 1.4 LPA. The average package at MIT is 7 LPA. Top recruiters of MIT include Infosys, Tech Mahindra, TATA, Cognizant, Asian Paints, IBM, and many more. The internship percentage is almost the same as the placement, with students gaining real-world hands-on experience. The top roles offered at MIT are data analyst, web developer, and machine learning.
Infrastructure: MIT's infrastructure is worth paying for, and the facilities like classrooms and labs are up to the mark. The PCs in the labs are well-equipped with the latest versions of all the software and applications required by students. The library is equipped with a digital section for students to work on institute-provided PCs without any extra charge. There are multiple hostels and PGs near the campus, although the two official hostels of MIT are in Hadapsar and Ambegaon. Students are provided with bus facilities to travel between the hostels and the college. There is only one girls' hostel inside the campus of MIT. The food is fresh, has good taste, and is also provided on campus for both hostelites and non-hostelites.
Faculty: Teachers are well-trained and well-educated. They are very supportive towards your learning and guide you in your projects, even if they are not a part of your curriculum. The course curriculum is refreshed every 4-5 years, but it should be revised at least every 2 years. The semester exams are easy to pass. The only challenge is that they are very lengthy to write. More than 85% of the students clear all their subjects.
Other: The specialization of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science was more than enough for me to choose this course. The best thing is that I am learning about software directly instead of how a computer works (in CS core). MIT should improve its management as most of the time they just ask you to go to some other place to solve your issue. The events of MIT are splendid. There are both tech fests like SLDP and RIDE for students to gain knowledge about their field and non-tech fests like Aarohan for students to show off their extracurricular skills.

Good infrastructure, average placement and high fees.
Placements: I was placed at Infosys with a package of 7.5 lacs. The highest package was 50 lacs. TCS also recruited students from my college. About 60% of the students got internships, and some students even got a chance to study abroad for a few days.
Infrastructure: There were no sports facilities on campus and no wifi for students. The campus has a very big ground, but it is only used for events. The campus has many trees and is not that big, but it is ok. There is an interdepartmental sports competition each year, and there is an esports club too.
Faculty: The teachers are good and they make sure that the students are industry ready. The semester exams are not that difficult, and the lab and tutorials are also not that difficult. If we attend all the lectures, the teachers will give us full marks. There is an 80% attendance criterion for the exams.
Other: I chose this college because I had an interest in coding. The college offers a variety of events throughout the year, which helps keep things interesting.

Strictly don't attend. Management blunders, unethical rules, and irresponsible faculty.
Placements: Software development, web development, digital marketing, and junior-level roles were offered. Mostly, roles were for internships and had a 6-month probation period for jobs. Packages are the worst, like 1.5-2.5 LPA if you are lucky. Also, you can't deny the 1st offer letter received for the 2nd offer letter received or not received. Even if you don't want to go for the 1st offer because of a lower offer than the 2nd, college will force you to take it; else, the degree will not be issued.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure is the only best thing in MIT WPU. Buildings are good mostly. But for BCA, the Gargi building was there; it had no lift, no Wi-Fi, and the computer lab had PCs that most of the time were either not starting or were internationally closed and asked to use or bring their own laptops.
Faculty: The curriculum is good. But exams and faculty management are the worst. Visiting faculty (hired directly from students or outside institutions) take assignments and then lose them, then blame students, leading to an internal backlog and so no external exam. Other faculty forgot to mark attendance in ERP and left college, making me take my final year after a year of fighting with management and multiple complaints and requests.
Other: Faculty needs to be responsible. Management needs to help students. No department takes blame or helps students due to their unethical rules and regulations. Policy needs to be made student friendly. Placement drives need to be worth the amount spent on tuition fees. College timings need to be strict; teachers call students at 7 am in the morning, where students living 25 km away or even 12 km have to take the bus early in the morning at 5 or 6. Teachers call for class and cancel them on time when everyone has arrived in college, and now it wastes time and money and has no lectures. College is just an external showcase of pace, while management is the case that no student is in pace.

Best private management college in India.
Placements: Around 70-80 percent of students in our course got job offers from different companies. The highest package offered in our course was 28 lacs per annum. The average package offered in our course was 6-8 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Goldman Sachs, HDFC Securities, Bajaj Finance, etc.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college was very good. It has a fully air-conditioned classroom. It had an international-level infrastructure. Library facilities are available in the college. It had world-class facilities. The hostel was good. Sports and games are also good.
Faculty: Our college has world-class faculty members. The teachers are helpful, well qualified, and knowledgeable. The teaching quality of faculty members was great. The course curriculum was also at an international level. Yes, it makes students ready for industry. Semester exams are a little difficult.

Absolutely dissatisfied because of management .
Placements: Percentage they are saying is 70 to 80% but I don't think so. After it gets private there is no as such goodness in college. There are so many companies are there which visits college but lack of internships project and all they don't hire that much students. If you are going to this college don't be dependent on college. You haveto do it by yourself.
Infrastructure: We are facing so many problems because lack of available labs and classroom. There is no good management at all. We are tired of walking from this classroom to this after every hour. I don't recommend this college to anyone. It is just the college who is taking much money from you because of name only nothing else.
Faculty: Teaching qualities are good faculty members are also good but because of lack of management everything is just very hectic and everyone is *** of even professors are *** of because of management and rules. Nothing is good in this college so please don't spend your so much money because of the name only.
Other: So previously this college comes under Pune University and it is very good at that time my brother passed out from this college and he recommended this college to me but no it's the private college their goal is to just earn money and money only nothing else.
