NIT Durgapur Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,

Placements: Talking about placement opportunities in my course, most of the students prefer to go for research or a PhD, so the placement record for my course is low, with the highest peak almost 10 to 12 LPA and an average of 6 LPA. The companies are all EdTech companies.

Placements: Approximately 85% of students get placed in the National Institute of Technology, Durgapur. The highest package is 70 LPA and the average package is 13.64 LPA in our college. Top recruiting companies are Microsoft, Amazon, Oracle, Byju's, TCS, Infosys, Tata Motors, Oracle, etc.

Placements: In NIT Durgapur, approximately 84.66% of students get placed. The highest package in NIT Durgapur is 70 LPA, and the lowest package is 13.54 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Amazon, Microsoft, Bajaj, PhonePe, Tata Motors, EY, EIL, Accolite Digital, Jio, Tata Steel, HUL, etc. Approximately 90% of students get internships.

Placements: Around 85% of students get placed in biotechnology. The average is around 7 LPA, the highest is 14 LPA and the lowest is 3 LPA. TCS and Infosys are the top recruiters, among many more. 50 percent of the willing students get internships, totally depending on the hard work of the individual, as there are ample opportunities. The top roles offered are engineers, managers, and developers.

Placements: Almost 78% of students got placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 31 LPA. The average salary package offered is 8.3 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 3.2 LPA. MNCs visit our college to recruit students. Many students got internships. Many students attempted PSUs and GATE exams.

Placements: The placement process involves the participation of a wide range of companies from diverse sectors. This included both core engineering companies as well as IT and consulting firms. Around 97% of students got placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 51 LPA. The minimum salary package offered was 6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 9 LPA. Placements: In Nit Durgapur the Electronics and communication branch is one the best . About 96% students from our passing out batch got placed this year. The highest package is 57 lpa and Avg package is 9-12 lpa. Top recruiting companies are Intel , Qualcomm, Tata Power, J.P Morgan , Jio and many. In 3rd year and 4th year most of the students get internship.

Placements: It was one of the premium engineering institutes in India. It had a good reputation for its academic curriculum, faculty, and placements. Around 95% of students get placements in our college. The average salary package offered in core branches was 6 LPA to 8 LPA and for IT branches like computer science and IT, it was 10 LPA to 12 LPA. Many MNCs like Amazon and Google visited our college to offer placements.

Placements: Many companies visited here and hired interns for software developer roles, data analyst roles, etc. Companies like Microsoft, Amazon, JP Morgan Chase, Samsung, etc. , hired interns with good salary packages. In 2022, 27 students were placed at Amazon and 21 at Microsoft. They also got the highest salary packages.

Placements: I'm a 1st year student from NIT Durgapur opting B.Tech in civil engineering. As far my experience is concerned which I have gathered from past 2 months staying in the hostel, I will say that I have felt wonderful. The lush green campus and overwhelming infrastructure has definitely possessed my soul. Yet the regular classes and laboratories Is certainly a headache for current students and for upcoming students as well. Placements: Placement scenario is quite good here. Though the institute is dominated by the B.Tech students, there are some companies come for the PG students also. In B.Tech, 75% students got placed in the campusing last year. For PG, it was around 60%. So overall placement is good for this course.

Placements: From the 3rd semester, M.Sc. Students can apply for placement. There are lots of laboratories, pharmacies, and industrial company take students. For B.Tech students package is high like 48 Lacs this year and for M.Sc. Students salary package is 6lakh approximately. 82 % of students every year got placed. After M.Sc. I want to go for further studies.

Placements: Training sessions and technical skill programs are conducted for students every week for 3 hours. The highest salary package offered was 15 LPA and the lowest salary package was 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Wipro, Reliance, Lenskart, Flipkart, Amazon, etc.

Placements: 90% students got hired. The highest package-42lpa, the lowest is -4lpa, and average is- 6.5lpa Top companies like microsoft, Amazon, uber etc. SDE, machine learning are the roles offered. Internships were low during my time but at present internships are pretty good. Companies like microsoft, Amazon, Adobe are also offering interns.

Placements: The placement of my batch was about 72% and the highest package of my batch was 33 LPA offered by Microsoft. And the average and the lowest package was 8 LPA and 7 LPA. The companies which offered many was Microsoft, Amazon, Intel, Qualcomm and extra. About 33% got internships in companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, etc. The top roles were developers in our batch.

Placements: I think around 70% to 80% of the students from our course got placed.

Placements: About 80% of the students from our batch got placed. Most of the students did not go for placement as they wanted to do a PhD after their masters. The ones who did sit for the placements all got placed. I am not sure about the salary offered to the students. Companies like Directi, Endurance, Oracle, Amazon, Qualcomm, Infosys, TCS and Goldman Sachs visit our college for placements. I am not sure about the different roles offered to the students.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 45 LPA by Microsoft, which is offered to computer science and engineering, information technology and ECE students for the role of software engineering. The salary package offered by De Shaw is 30 LPA to the same students. Other major companies and PSUs also visit our campus for other department students. The lowest salary package offered is 3.6 LPA by TCS, which is offered to all students.

Placements: CSE gets lots of placement and other branches gets its half. That's why I like CSE. The percentage that students should get is above 7.5 gpa so that he or she can easily qualify.

Placements: 1. 49% precent students placed in the final year. 2. 10 LPA the highest and 6 LPA the lowest and 8 LPA average salary. 70% percent of students got an internship in my college are allowed some companies.
