Review of Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology.

Placements: The first batch of this course is yet to be placed but considering the branch and the quality of education, placement is likely to go high. Moreover, TCS will be offering good placement packages to this branch. The syllabus and curriculum with which this branch has been designed are according to the demands of the corporate world.

Good infrastructure and placements.

Placements: The placements and internships here are very good as the college is old and well-reputed. The internship and placement cell is very helpful in assisting the students with job interviews and tests. There are a lot of opportunities/hackathons for you to improve your skills.

Review of Thapar University.

Placements: Placements on-campus start from the 3rd year and the same goes for internships is nice. There is a good placement council telling us about possible internships. Most companies conduct the test and then interviews. It is a pretty easy process. I am satisfied.

Infrastructure couldn't be any better, the crowd couldn't be any worse; the faculty is doable.

Placements: Some of the companies that come to campus for hiring are Microsoft, Adobe, Salesforce, Blackrock, DE Shaw, Samsung, NVIDIA, IBM, etc. Usually, most of the students get placed with an average of 12-14 LPA packages. But in the end, it all comes down to the level of preparation an individual has done during their 4-year degree.

The college provided great placements in 2021.

Placements: Thapar University is one of the best universities in terms of placements as it falls under a tier of a private university. There are many companies that just got the hands of the students of Thapar University in their campus drives in 2021. It is a wholesome moment for an engineering student to get placed. Above 90% of students are placed.

Thapar is a place where students grow and learn. It has good faculty members and placements.

Placements: TIET (Thapar Institute of Engineering and Technology) is well-known for its placement cell. It provides a healthy environment for students to grow. In B.E Computer Science (COE), more than 95% of students are placed during on-campus placements. For overall stream placement, it is around 85 to 90%. Thapar Institute is a good college for hard workers.

Placements: Placements at Thapar are good. Normally the process starts in 3rd year with companies providing internships and PPOs. Thapar is visited by all the major brands you know, some examples being JP Morgan, De Shaw, Microsoft, and most good. Remember, college's role is to provide you exposure which Thapar is good but grabbing those opportunities depends on your hard work.

I am satisfied with its college performance, infrastructure, and placements.

Placements: Approximately 90% of the previous batch is placed, and the top recruiting company is Vedanta. The average salary package offered is 9.5 LPA in the core sector. College also provides non-tech jobs like analyst and associates which is a very good thing.

It has great college life, good crowd, and students have to study on their own mostly.

Placements: Placements are better than other private colleges. This college is not very impressive for core branches, but hard workers will surely make it through. A lot of students from core branches still prefer to take up jobs in either the IT sector or non-core jobs like consultancy.

Placements: Over 250 companies came for placements. The highest salary package offered is 25 LPA. Thapar has a placements cell, which has strong alumni connections, so placements for our batch are good, especially for the computer science branch students. When it came to internships, Whirlpool, Schneider Electric, Deloitte LLP, Denso, EXL Analytics, Capgemini, BCH Electric, and Tetra Pak are some companies that readily accepted the students. Placements: Everyone gets some sort of placements by the end of the fourth year. Placements are average, and students get a decent salary. The top recruiting companies are JP Morgan, Cisco, DE Shaw, etc. Once students get offered a job, they cannot apply to other companies that come on campus.

The average salary package offered is above 10 LPA for computer-related branches, and for other branches too. The placements are pretty good every year.
