Placements: The top companies that visited here recently are JP Morgan, Applicate AI, Ion, Axis Bank, Mc Kinsey, Optum, Elitmus, DE Shaw, Salesforce etc. These companies visited here in 2022 for internships. On-campus internship opportunities start from the fifth semester. The average package offered in CSE is 11 LPA.

Placements: Around 90% of the students were placed with an average salary package of 15 LPA. Companies like Samsung, TCS, Goldmanschacs and jp Morgan were the top recruiters. Almost all the students were interned. Most people were recruited as software developers. Companies recruited students from both electronics and computers.

Placements: I am pursuing my B.E degree from Thapar University in the computer engineering branch. The highest package offered is about 35 LPA. The lowest package is about 5 LPA. The average package is about 8-10 LPA. The top recruiting companies are Facebook, Google, Microsoft, Amazon, DE Shaw, JP Morgan, Abode, Samsung, Deloitte, Arcesium and many more. In my course, above 85% of students got internships. The top roles offered in my course are software developer, web developer etc.

Placements: Big MNCs like DE Shaw, Arcesium, Flipkart, Amazon, Salesforce, JP Morgan, and mass recruiters like Deloitte, etc., come here. Mostly, everyone gets placed. Software developer, engineer, etc., are the top roles offered in this course. The average package offered is around 12 LPA, and the lowest offered is 5-6 LPA. You can get a maximum package of 40 LPA.

Placements: The recent placements record is great. In the previous placements season, around 314 companies visited the campus and 1477 offers are given. This is a great start for college placements. The average salary package offered is 10.63 LPA. There are many reputed companies that visited the campus like Deloitte, ZS Associate, Brain and Company, DE Shaw, Goldman Sachs, Apple, Flipkart, Oyo, etc.

On-campus internship opportunities are provided from the 3rd year. The placement opportunities start from 4th year. The highest package ranged from 42-45 LPA in the past 3 years.

Many top companies like TCS, Infosys, ION, DE Shaw, Applicate Al, JP Morgan, Cisco, McKinsey, Axis Bank, E-Litmus, Optum, Schlumberger, Salesforce, Trident, Adobe, etc., visited in 2022 with internship opportunities. On-campus internship opportunities are available from 3rd year onwards. The average salary package offered was of 12 LPA to a CSE students.

The top roles offered are software engineering, cyber security, AI and ML. 80 percent of student who apply in internship gets internship.

Placements: Placements in computer engineering are pretty decent. In 2021, above 200 companies visit the campus including Amazon, Apple, AMD, JP Morgan, MMT, etc. From 200 companies, more than 100 companies offered more than 10 LPA, and many offered above 15 LPA. Almost every computer science student gets placed who sits in the placement.

Placements: In the 2021 batch, there were 60 students in the mechatronics branch, out of which 52 sat in placements and others opted for higher education. The placement percentage was 90% for the 2021 batch. The highest package was 15 l. p. a which was given by Addverb Technologies and the role offered was of Robotics Engineer. Placements: Excellent placement opportunities are offered at thapar Institute of engineering and technology. Top companies come for recruitment every year and offer upto 60 LPA package. Top MNCs like JP Morgan & chase, Deloitte, Blackrock, ZS consultancies hire in bulk from our college with very handsome CTC. Overall opportunities offered here are enormous. In core branches placement opportunities are mediocre .

In our branch, students got offers from other marketing, electronics, and software companies too. Some students who have got more than 8 CGPA got an internship even from the 3rd year.

Placements: On-campus placement opportunities will start from the 3rd year that is the 5th semester. You are not allowed to sit for on-campus placements once you get placed in any of the companies.
