Placements: Placements for 2023 went very well. As of my branch mechanical, the highest package was INR 40 LPA (in core mechanical), and the average was around INR 10 LPA. I don't know much about which companies came, but most companies came in mechanical only. And overall placement too went very well.

Placements: There are good opportunities available but you will have to work hard for them as only around 15% of the batch gets offers above 20 LPA. Most of the batch is placed between 12 LPA and 18 LPA, there are many non-teach companies coming. If you work hard enough you will get a good package.

Placements: 95 percent of students in my branch (computer engineering) get placed every year with an average of INR 13 LPAs at Microsoft, Apple (for some years), etc. The highest package of the year 2023 is INR 50 LPA offered to 5+ students; the average package of all the branches is INR 12 LPA.

Placements: Thapar University always has set examples in terms of placement. The average package for computer engineering lies around 12 LPA. Everyone knows about the core branches and their placement scenario and sorry to say but Thapar is no different. Placements: The CSE department has a good placement ratio. The average salary package offered in our course is 6 LPA. Only a few core companies visit our college. Many IT companies visit our college. Some students are preparing for electrical core companies, and some are preparing for finance and management-based jobs. If students prepare well, they will get good salary packages.

Placements: Around 60-65% of students get placed in our college. The highest salary package offered is 30 LPA, the lowest salary package is 4 LPA, and the average salary package is 6 LPA to 7 LPA. The recruiting companies are Amazon, WDC Gameskraft, McKinsey, JP Morgan, etc. Around 75% of students get internships in different roles. The roles offered are SDE, member of technical staff, and quant.

Placements: Top recruiting companies like Maruti Suzuki, Tata Technologies, Bosch, Mahindra and Mahindra, TVS Motors, etc., visit our campus. The average salary package offered is 6 LPA to 7 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 20 LPA. Almost. 80-85% of students are placed.

Placements: There are many branches, but COE is one of the oldest and best branches in our university. In the year 2022, almost 95% of students got placed. Top recruiting companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Google, IBM, Infosys, etc., visit our campus. Since it is a very old university, it has a huge alumni network. It was one of the main reasons I chose Thapar over other colleges. They do provide good placement and opportunities to build our CVs during these years.

Placements: 100 % placement of eligible students. Average placement 14 LKS. Median placement 12 Lacs the highest package 90 Lacs CTC. TOP companies like Akash, NXP, L&T, Indian oil, OLA, OYO, UBER, amazon etc. Common roles are software development engineer or systems engineer. Companies like Vedantu and Akash come with teaching roles. 80% students receive an internship before placement.

Placements: Thapar institute of engineering and technology Offers great placement. The highest package is of rupees 25 lacs. An average package is of about rupees 10-12 lacs. Thapar offers you companies like Cisco, Google, micro etc. In third year thapar also offers you internship programme which are very beneficial .

Placements: Our college provides good placements. Many top companies visit our college to recruit students. Top recruiting companies are Apple, etc. The highest salary package offered is 44 LPA. The off-campus placements are good. They offer a salary package of 1.2 CPA.

Placements: Around 400 companies visit our college. Top recruiters are Microsoft, Reliance, Samsung, Deloitte, JPMC, BlackRock, and IBM. The placement cell is active. They organise various activities every week to make students placement ready. You must build multiple projects throughout the course.

Placements: I guess there are about 850 students in COE branch of Thapar, which is a huge intake. The highest package in COE course is 42 Lacs in year 2020, and average package is above 12 Lacs. Top recruiting companies are Amazon, Microsoft, Maruti, Google, etc. About 30% students of COE branch got internship in some companies. Some students also got internships in companies like Microsoft and amazon, and also in Snapdeal, Expedia, etc.

Placements: A good percentage of students get placed. Average package offered is around 11-12 Lacs p. a. for computer engineering. Companies like JPMC, offer good amount for internships, as well as placements.
