As per this year's 2023 admission process, Candidates who have passed LL.B. or those who have appeared for the Final Semester Examinations of the 3 or 5-year LL.B. Programme from the University of Mumbai or any other recognised University are eligible to apply for the online LL.M. Common Entrance Examination 2023. Like any other Institution/University maintaining an attendance of 75% is mandatory for the students at Mumbai University. The University has its own Attendance Committee, for the smooth conduct of this ordinance in every Department.
