I am dissatisfied because of the placements.
Placements: VSSUT is the worst college when it comes to the placements of any PG students, specially M.Tech in electrical engineering. Placements were very poor for our batch as well as for our senior batch. Companies like L&T, Indian Navy and TCS visited our college for placements.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi facilities are available, but for faculty members only. Very few and limited options are available in case of Wi-Fi. However, there is a computer lab where students can access the internet from morning to evening. Labs and the lab faculty members are very helpful. There is no medical facility available inside the college.
Faculty: Faculty members are very genius and well-qualified, but most of them are not interested in taking a class for M.Tech students, especially for the electrical engineering branch. Only 2-3 faculty members seriously take the class from beginning to end and whatever they teach that will be useful in future.

It is the best government college in engineering.
Placements: Placements are quite good. The average salary package offered on the M.Tech course is 4.8 LPA. Companies like Havells, V Guard, Tata Power, etc., visit our college. Tata Power is the top recruiter. The highest salary package offered is 6.2 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 2.8 LPA.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is very good. Wi-Fi is available all over the campus. It has CCTV security. There are separate hostels for B.Tech and M.Tech students. Hostels have two-seated rooms. They are spacious. The library is good. All types of technology books and magazines are available. Our canteen food is average. Classrooms are good and spacious. Labs are spacious and have all the chemical apparatus used in industry. There is a cricket ground, a volleyball court, a football ground, and a basketball court for outdoor games. For indoor games, there is an indoor stadium.
Faculty: Faculty members are good. They are highly qualified and experienced. They all have done their postgraduates. Faculty members use simple languages which is easy to understand. They clear our doubts on the campus or after the class. The course curriculum is very hard. There are 8 subjects in each semester. There are two semesters in a year. Each semester has two sessional exams which are conducted by the college.
