IIT Kanpur released the GATE application form 2023 on August 30, 2022, which will remain available till September 30, 2022, without a late fee and till October 7, 2022, with a late fee amount of INR 500. Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering, also known as the GATE exam, is an all-India examination, that is jointly conducted by the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore (IISc) and seven Indian Institutes of Technology (IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Guwahati, IIT Kanpur, IIT Kharagpur, IIT Madras and IIT Roorkee). This exam tests a student's comprehensive understanding of various undergraduate subjects in engineering and science. GATE score can help students to secure admission to various higher education institutes in India and jobs at public sector units (PSUs) across the country.
