I am very satisfied with our faculty members, and other things are also very good.
Placements: In our course, almost 70% to 80% of students are placed. CTS, Infosys, and Cognizant are the top recruiting companies for our course. Junior software engineer is the role offered in our course. The highest salary package offered is 8 LPA to 9 LPA, the average is 2.4 LPA to 3.6 LPA, and the lowest is 1.2 LPA.
Infrastructure: There are 4 classrooms in our department. We have a machine lab, a power electronics and power system lab, a measurement lab, and a simulation or computer lab with more than 45 computers. Labs and classrooms are very clean and neat. We can access Wi-Fi. We get 1 GB per day. The library in our college is huge and good. There are many books for students in every department.
Faculty: Our teachers are very helpful to us. They are well-qualified and knowledgeable. They treat us very kindly. The teaching quality is very good. The course curriculum is relevant, and it makes students industry-ready. Basically, questions in semester exams are set by MAKAUT. Our college conducts exams in a disciplined manner. The pass percentage is 40%.
Other: I like to analyse electrical gadgets, so I chose this course. This course will help you to settle into any job profile. Some simulation practicals or some programming languages, mainly Java, can be included in this course. Tech fest and other cultural fests are organised every year. Our college provides various scholarships, like SVMCM Scholarship and others.
