BVDU college of engineering.
Placements: Placements are good for computer, I. t, electronics and especially for electronics and telecommunication branch. The average salary offered was about 4-5 lacs p. a It might seems lesser initially but that's okay when you are a fresher. Mechanical and production branches too have a good placement record. Chemical branch has an alright record of placements in reputed factories and units. Civil engineering is the heart of college and has provided really good placements in the past.
Infrastructure: The college offers world-class infrastructure with state of the art labs for practical works and all the basic amenities. The equipments used for performing lab works are mostly the latest and maintained. Projectors have been installed recently in all classrooms to help students to understand the subject using audio visuals too. The college is NAAC accredited and many departments have applied for NBA accreditation too. They have been successful in being accredited as an NBA certified college. Virtual lab sessions for understanding practical experiments in other colleges have been taking place in every semester and helps students to grasp the very essence of subject. The college provides Wi-Fi network too and also has a lush green playground for football cricket and three basketball courts. The college has it's own library and reading room in a separate building.
Faculty: Faculty is really helpful and highly trained and professional regarding curriculum. The faculty members here have been alumnies of NITs IITs IIITs and of course ICT Mumbai. Course is divided into 8 semesters. Each semester has two unit tests and semester examinations. From 2nd year students have to face viva and practical examinations before their semester examinations. There is also a 20 day preparation leave after practical exams for preparing.
Other: The college holds one cultural event as Bharatiyam annually in the month of February. It is a cultural as well as technical fest in which all departments of college take part. There are two clubs namely Leo club and Rotaract club for social service and other activities. Leo club holds fireball event annually which is a basketball championship between college basketball team and other corporate/alumni teams for the fireball cup. The college also has NSS group active for social service and whole personality development.

A Good College with great infrastructure and amenities with having an average placements.
Placements: Placements are nil for Chemical, Biomedical and Production Engineering. Only Computer Science and Information Technology have good percentage of placements in good companies like TCS, Infosys, etc. Torrecid, Alkyl amine Pvt. Ltd, Berger Paint TSOT are the few companies that visited for Sales and Marketing profiles.
Infrastructure: College infrastructure is very good. College is equipped with good internet facilities. College campus is serene with plants and trees all around making it a cleaner and healthier environment. Labs are equipped with good instruments and machinery. Of which 30-40% are in working condition. Our college has a great facilities for sports and games. College canteen has a good quality of taste.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful in nature. They solve your doubts and query. In Chemical department about every teacher is well qualified and has Ph.D. degree from well reputed institutes like ICT, Mumbai. Speaking frankly, despite of their level of knowledge of education, the faculty members provide only 10-15% of it but they only taught you for the exam point of view and nothing more than that. No technical, no practical teachings are practiced and taught. Nope we didn't get the industry exposure.
Other: College organizes its annual fest in month of Feb called Bharatiyam. Campus crowd is awesome. People here are from every part of India and few are from other nations too. Connectivity is great.

Satisfied because of faculty, good placements, a great infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: 94% of students were placed. The highest package offered was 5.5. LPA and the lowest was 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Deepak Fertilizer, Torecid and Uno Mind. 100% of students got internships. The top roles are Process engineer, intern and technical expert to oversee the process.
Infrastructure: The college has various labs, a smart classroom, a library, and Wi-Fi connectivity. The hostel is not that good for boys but for girls, it's very nice. Hostels must increase the quality of food served. The environment of the hostel is great but must start the Library 24 hours daily and also incorporate staff for student regulation.
Faculty: Great teachers are there. The latest 2021 course curriculum is applied. The exams are pretty difficult but due to great teachers,100% passing is there. Semester exams are monitored heavily by committees formed in college. Pressure is there as not only theoretical but practical exam is also taken.
Other: I have a great resonance with this course and it has various opportunities in every field. Nothing much just incorporating case studies for buisness development. Bhartiyam event is there, various seminar under iiche of experienced professional take place. Environment cleaning such activities are done.

Good education and facilities.
Placements: It has a nice placement record. 100% placements are available. Most of the students got placed in MNCs. 15 lacs per annum is the maximum salary offered to the students. There is a placement cell from where I collected this information. Every student has to do an internship in companies after completion of the 3rd year.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is good. Wi-Fi facility is available. The medical facility is good. First aid is available in every lab. Sports and games department is also there for interested candidates. Quality of food in the canteen is better. There are no infrastructure related issues in the college. Everything is fine.
Faculty: The teachers are helpful, quite qualified and knowledgeable. Most of the teachers use presentation techniques for teaching which easily holds the problems of students. Smart classes sessions including video lectures are organised for understanding purpose in the department. Industrial visit or exposure is available after the completion of the 2nd year.
