It is one of the best colleges with more than 160 years of legacy.
Placements: There are a number of companies visiting the campus for placements. Almost 80-90% of M.Tech students were placed. Almost 30-40% of the students are provided with internship opportunities. B.Tech students will have more opportunities as compared to M.Tech students. For M.Tech students, you will get the chance to apply for lectureship opportunity.
Infrastructure: COEP has well-equipped labs and digital classrooms. There are two centres of excellence in college, one of them is in the electronics department, and the other is in the electrical department. The canteen serves good quality food at reasonable rates. M.Tech students have limited seats in the hostel.
Faculty: Most of the faculty members in the college are PhD holders. They help student with research activities. The college has tie-ups with many corporate companies. It's an autonomous college in Maharashtra, and the course curriculum changes according to the current industrial requirement which helps the students in their professional career.

Top college in all aspects.
Placements: Honestly, as compared to Btech, placements for Mtech are less.
For my batch, for digital system, almost 15 out of 18 got placed. Companies like Seagate and Wavelate, which are core companies, came for internships.
Seagate, Daar group, TCS, Texas Instruments, Renu Electronics, and 3 more companies were there for placements. TCS came twice for placement. The first time they came for Research and Development and then for mass recruitment.
Many students got a call from companies like Marvel and AVN systems for off-campus recruitment.
Infrastructure: As this college is the top college in Pune, there is no doubt about the infrastructure of this college. All departments are well equipped. All software required for the projects are all available and they are licensed. Along with academics, one can become a member of the Boat Club in which various activities are there.
One big playground is there and also indoor for Badminton. Boat club canteen is not at all good instead I would suggest going to the hostel mess for lunch/dinner.
Food of the hostel mess is really good. Non-veg is also tasty and that too available at affordable prices.
The hostel is very good.
Faculty: I was in the Electronics and Telecommunications department. In this department, all faculty members are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable.
Most of the teachers are PhD qualified.
Syllabus for Digital Systems is very well designed and very useful. Every year, they revise the syllabus for each course.
