Candidate must satisfy at least one of the following two criteria with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as compulsory subjects in the year of first appearance in the Class XII (or equivalent examination), i.e. in either 2023 or 2024: Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with a minimum of five subjects and with the mentioned marks in aggregate (65% for PwD candidates) from a recognized board. OR Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent examination with minimum of five subjects and be within the category-wise (category as per the central list) top 20 percentile of successful candidates in their respective Class XII (or equivalent) board examination. Other mandatory Criteria: Candidate who had appeared in Class 12th or equivalent examination for the first time in 2022 or earlier, are NOT eligible to appear irrespective of the combination or number of subjects attempted/offered. IIT Roorkee - Place of Dreams .

Placements: The total strength of my branch is 54 and as you know Physics is an interesting and baffling subject you can prefer course. Companies like Amazon, Flipkart, and many startups to top companies will recruit students here. Based on your CG, you will get a better internship too.

Infrastructure: We have unlimited Wi-Fi in the classroom, library, and hostel rooms. Canteens will be open every day and all the time. We have many departments here based on the course and branch. We have medical facilities throughout the day and night. We have sports and games too.

Faculty: The teachers here are well knowledgeable and intelligent. The teaching quality is good. Yes, the courses are related to their passion if they are ready to continue with the same interest. The semester examination is medium hard; papers will be prepared by faculty themselves.

Other: You can apply for college scholarships based on your CG. As I am interested in Physics, I chose this course.

Great college in terms of placements, extra curriculars, and campus life.

Placements: In my course placements are quite good. Every year around 70-80% students get placed. The highest package offered last year was above 1 crore and the lowest was around 12 LPA. Top recruiters include Google, Microsoft, DE Shaw, etc. Internships are also good here. 40-50% students get internships.

Infrastructure: Infrastructure of the college great. There is one main building which is the centre of attraction of the campus. There are two LHC in the campus. Greenery is maintained everywhere in the campus. There are 10 boys hostel and 2 girls hostel. Every room in each hostel has seperate LAN connection.

Faculty: Professors here are highly educated in their fields. Their teaching quality is also good. My course focuses deeply on Physics and thus it require a great interest in Physics. Semester exams in my course are quite difficult. It is quite difficult to maintain a good CGPA in Engineering Physics.

Awesome experience of my life.

Placements: 60 to 70% of students were placed, with the highest package at 35 LPA, the lowest at 9 LPA, and an average of 15 LPA. Top companies included Google, Amazon, and Microsoft, with 40% of students securing internship opportunities at big companies. The top roles offered were SDE and WDE.

Infrastructure: The food and hostel facilities are awesome, with 24x7 Wi-Fi, laundry, and many more amenities. There are next-level sports facilities, including cricket and football grounds, a hockey field, table tennis, and many more tournaments held throughout the year, with certificates awarded as well.

Faculty: The faculty is top-level, though exams are difficult. The pass percentage is 40, but it is relatively easy to pass. I study just one week for the exam, and the faculty is so good that you only need to attend lectures and revise during your free time. While the exams are difficult, it’s easy to get a passing grade.

Other: I chose this course because I'm interested in Physics. The world-level fest and extracurricular activities make it the best college in India.

I am satisfied with this college.

Placements: Almost all students got placed with a salary package of 1.5 CPA. The average salary package offered is 18 LPA. Top recruiting companies are HiLabs, Google, etc. Almost 60% of students opted for the software field. Almost 40% of students opted for the research field. Around 75% of companies visit our college to recruit students.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is excellent. Our college provides us with all facilities. Our college is Wi-Fi enabled. The hostel has Wi-Fi and LAN connections. Our college is good in all aspects. The food served in the hostel is good. They provide a variety of food items. The food menu gets updated every week.

Faculty: Professors are very helpful and good. They teach us very well. If we have doubts, then we can go to the office. The course curriculum is relevant. This course is based on research. Semester exams are not difficult if you attend classes regularly and listen to your professors. The pass percentage is around 99-100%. Students should attend classes regularly.

Other: If you want to go for research, then I would recommend joining this course. Our college is covered with beautiful places like Dehradun, Mussoorie, Lal Tibba, Haridwar, and many hill stations. This college is located in a good place. Students with excellent CGPA can go for research in a foreign exchange program where they can exchange their one semester with a semester in college in another country.

Placements: Almost 99% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 1.5 crore per annum. The lowest salary package offered was 9 LPA. Google, Microsoft, Alphagerreph Security, etc., are the top recruiting companies. Around 20% of students got internships in companies like Microsoft, Flipkart, and Axxela Advisory Services. Top roles offered are software development, management trainee analyst, software engineer, and data science associate.

Infrastructure: In our college, the hostel name is Rajendra Bhawan. The food served in the hostel is good. The canteen is also available. Medical facilities are good and it is free for every student. There are 24X7 ambulance facilities for students. Sports are also available. Our college provides a decent internet facility. Badminton court and cricket ground are also available in our college.
