Placements: 83% of students were placed successfully. The highest package being a literature major which was around 25-30,000. The average CTC was around 15-18000 and the lowest was Rs 10-15k. Around 72% of the students got internships. Many were taken as fellow bloggers, editors, etc.
Placements: In my course, a maximum of 70% of students get placed with an average package of 4 LPA and the lowest 2 to 2.5 LPA. There are various companies that came for placement but offered average packages. Companies offered various roles in economics, data analytics, consulting, teaching, etc.
Placements: The job placement prospects aren't good. Most of the companies that visit don't recruit any interns. There aren't enough jobs for the courses they offer, such as mine and almost all the B.Voc courses. Moreover, most of those jobs do not prioritize whether you attended university.
Placements: Most students either go for higher studies or prepare for government exams after completing this course. As far as internships are concerned, students need to reach out to external sources themselves. Overall, the average package offered at the college was around 7 LPA.
Placements: Our college offers placement opportunities to all students. Approximately 25% of students successfully secure placements. The average package offered in our course is 3 LPA. The top recruiting companies in our course were EY, Deloitte, ICICI, etc. The top roles offered were CRM, sales, etc.
Placements: 99% of students from the previous batch got placed in companies like KPMG, although the packages offered were not very great, the highest package goes up to 6-7 LPA. As for internships, as far as I know, you have to search for it yourself. From what I have heard, the jobs offered were not only in the retail sector but also in other sectors as well.
Placements: There is an active placement cell in the college, which provides great exposure to students of various degrees and courses. However, most of the literature students prefer to go for higher studies, and anyway, their options for placements are very limited when compared to commerce students.
Placements: A lot of students choose to go out for studies, so they do not sit for placements, but whoever does get placed. The average salary package offered is 5 LPA. Top recruiting companies like Deloitte, Accenture, Genpact, etc., visit our campus. There are a lot of internship opportunities for this batch and many others. Top roles offered are in HR, sales, analysis, etc.
Placements: I think 600+ students got placed in my course. The packages offered are quite good. Many top recruiting companies come for my course. Around 70% of students in my course got internships, including me. We took part in many companies. Overall, it is a good experience for me.
Placements: I think 600+ students got placed in my course. The packages offered are quite good. Many top recruiting companies come for my course. Around 70% of students in my course got internship, including me. We took part in many competitions. Overall, it is a good experience for me.
Placements: Placements are good in our college. Placements also depend on our course or the extra effort you have put into this degree. Internships are average in our college. The placement cell provides internships in top organisations.
Placements: In B.Voc Healthcare Management very few students get placed due to lack of health care organisation who take freshers. But even the few ones are very prominent ones like Fortis Hospital. The average package is very basic, it is as per government guidelines. Roles offered are Patient care Coordinator, talent acquistation executive (depends on the requirement of the companies) .
Placements: Placements provided in our course are very limited. The best opportunity goes to the honors course while we are constantly under the red light trying to make the best out of it. Students in program courses are more hardworking.
Placements: I took admission in NCWEB instead of regular and I swear it's the best thing I did. The placement of NCWEB is the same as regular students. Courses offered are B.A., B.A. (Hons)., B.Com (Hons)., andB.Com. Top recruiting companies for B.Com from JMC are Deloitte, KPMG, ICICI, E&Y, Wipro, etc.
Placements: The placement drive is held in the third year of our college life, and many big companies like Deloitte, Infosys and Tata hire students. More than 200 students get placed every year. The only major drawback is that the programme doesn't get updated for placements as compared to the Hons students.
Placements: Jmc's placement cell provides ample opportunities & also brings opportunities for internship, fellowship and campus ambassadorship. They also conducts talks and workshops to bridge the knowledge gap between students and companies but there are limitations due to the fact that majority of courses offered are arts.
Placements: 4 or 5 students were placed in reputed companies, rest got placed by themselves or went for further studies. 6Lac annual package from Godrej. 4 Lakh annual package from Marks & Spencers and Posist was offered. 4Lac annual package from Posist Marks and Spencers is the top recruiter. 90% of the students got internship in Pantaloons, Reliance Trends and Marks and Spencers. Trainee inside Sales, HR, Department Manager and Store Manager are the roles offered.
Placements: Retail Management course was all about practical exposure. This course focuses more on practical exposure rather than theoretical knowledge. So every year all students got internships in renowned brands such as Fabindia, Vero Moda, Only and Pantaloons.
