Top Recruiters: Companies like TCS, Zoho, and Tech Mahindra visit the campus for placements, although the majority of students get placed in IT firms.

Internship Opportunities: Fewer students get internships, and these opportunities may not always be related to their core field.

Infrastructure and Facilities: The college has good infrastructure, including well-maintained labs, a library, and hostels. However, Wi-Fi is only available in limited areas, and mobile phones are not allowed on campus.

Teaching Quality: Some students praised the teaching quality, saying that teachers are knowledgeable and helpful. Others found the teaching quality inconsistent, with some teachers being more effective than others.

Curriculum Relevance: Many students felt that the course curriculum could be improved, making students more industry-ready. Some departments reported a gap between theory and practice.

Real engineers can learn in any way, so they do not need to depend on institutes.
Placements: From our college, only 67% of the students were placed in corporate recruiters, which can offer an average salary package of about 5.5 LPA to up to 7 LPA. They offer the lowest salary package of 3 LPA. Top recruiting companies for the ECE department are Cisco and Amazon. But only 20% of the students got internships, which are not much related to our core field. Overall, it is a good college. Other than college, we can only achieve our dreams through our hard work.
Infrastructure: There is no Wi-Fi facility in our college because mobile phones are not allowed on our campus. However, the classrooms, library and canteen are very good. Overall, there is a good infrastructure. Medical facilities are also available, but our college is not much good in terms of sports. Students who are interested in sports can show their talent in games also.
Faculty: There are some well-experienced professors, and they are also knowledgeable. They can make students good engineers in the future. Students are not much exposed to the industry, and the course curriculum is not bad. But some teachers are not good at teaching, but every teacher is qualified.

Absolutely it is a good college to guide you for your future.
Placements: Almost 90% of the students from our course got placements. The highest salary package offered was 4.5 LPA and the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. Most of the students got placements in IT firms, and the roles offered to them depend on the companies in which they are working. About 70% of the students got internships. Most of the students are working in well-known companies. This college will provide you with good placements to start your career.
Infrastructure: Kingston Engineering College provides well-facilitated labs and infrastructure. Our college also has a well-maintained library and labs, and the classrooms are equipped with projectors for better teaching. Kingston provides separate hostels for boys and girls, and the food provided in the mess is really good and hygiene. Our college also provides good medical support and sports equipment.
Faculty: The teaching is at its very best in Kingston Engineering College. Teachers who are working here are mostly well experienced, and their teaching is really good. Regular exams are conducted by the teachers to increase our skills. The course curriculum is relevant, which helps us when we opt for a job other than studies. You will need the training to handle the job.

I am dissatisfied because of bad placements in the year 2019.
Placements: Students who scored above 7.5% in academics from our course got placed. The average salary offered ranges between Rs. 5,000-28,000 per month. Top recruiting companies like TCS, CTS, HTC, etc., visit our campus for placements. Top roles are not offered in our course. The average salary package offered in our course is 5.2 LPA. About 7 students from our course got an internship.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is not bad because air-conditioned are available, but they are not working. In labs, kits and equipment are not working perfectly. Wi-Fi facility is not available in our college because mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus. Classrooms are equipped with projectors, but they are not working.
Faculty: A minimum number of faculty members in our college are good. About 60% of the faculty members are not good at teaching. They complete the portion. They do not make perfect engineers. They teach only theoretical knowledge, but not practical knowledge.
Other: I have chosen this course because I like electronics.

Dissatisfied due to infrastructure and facilities.
Placements: In placement, the maximum salary is of only 30000, so it is too difficult to get a job, so I guide you to choose VIT College. There are no jobs that suit you here, only small jobs will be available in placements, so don't think that you will be fulfilled with placements.
Infrastructure: I say it is one of the schools because no culturals and symposiums conducted here. There are no gym facilities and they are torturing students by keeping test daily. They are training us like school students. No seminar hall, no auditorium and they are not having similar library books of engineering to study.
Faculty: In this college, all are assistant professors so some of them are good in teaching. For the rest of them, I can't say in words and some of them behave like a psycho. They even don't put a sign for going home and I had not seen such faculty members. But some of them are good and sincere.
Other: No fests and events are conducted.

My College with my feelings.
Placements: Almost all the student have been placed in my college. Probably about 80% are been placed among various companies in Tamilnadu and also across our nation. The highest salary offered is about 5-6 Lacs per annum and the lowest salary may be about 1-2 Lacs per annum. The companies that visit my college are probably IT companies and some core companies based on the department been placed. The roles offered to the students are software engineer, Data engineer. Etc. Yes, My colleges helps in referring various internship help across various companies across Chennai, Bangalore. And the lowest stipend offered is about 5k and the average varies among 12k to 15k. This process is helpful during the days of placement and interview and also it helps us in gaining a keen knowledge of the subject and also makes us familiar to the environment of the companies. My college has a placement cell. It is much useful.
Infrastructure: Nice classrooms, Good infrastructure, Peaceful environment, Big playground, Wi-Fi is provided. But students are not allowed to use mobile phones inside the college. My college contains a library with enormous books of various departments that helps student very much. Labs are highly integrated one with the latest equipment. My College owns a Ambulance and helps students while emergency. My college support students who are interested in sports and it helps students participate in intercolleges and even zones. The food available in canteen are of good quality. Hostel rooms are good. The only cons that I face is my college contain a single building that contains all departments in various floors that is the only thing I got disappointed.
Faculty: The faculty is good. They are highly integrated with the core subject. Most of the teachers are Ph.D graduates they are more resourceful and helpful regarding the subject. The quality of their teaching is good. The method they use to teach is by using blackboard and PowerPoint. Yes, we go to industrial visit every year. We went an industrial visit to SANDS India. Pvt. Ltd this year during February. The course curriculum used by the college is provided by the Anna University, Chennai which is good.
Other: Events held in my college are Tech symposium, Sports day, Culturals, Placement day.
