Transformative, empowering, and unforgettable.
Placements: In total of all the courses, we have a strength of 900 engineering students of batch 2023, in which only 400 people or even fewer get placed. I am from Chemical Engineering and only 1 to 2 company were used in the placement session which has a package of 3 -4 lac, and took only one or two students. We need to find internships on our own.
Infrastructure: We have a huge library on our campus, MITS also offers certain labs for different streams of students. Classroom are normal like our school classrooms, we have seminars halls which are air-conditioned and are well maintained. We also have SAC rooms for conferences. The quality of food is good but still, home food is much better, in the hostel they provide you a room with sharing of 3. Medical emergency facilities are present on the campus also MITS is quite active in co-curriculum activities.
Faculty: Teachers are helpful, qualified, and knowledgeable. Faculty members of MITS have generally done their Masters and postgraduates from IITs and NIT's. They have the ability to create an inclusive learning environment, their deep subject Knowledge, Innovating teaching methods, personalized feedback, and dedication to student success make them truly outstanding faculty members at MITS. The Course curriculum at MITS is exemplary in its design and execution. Its relevance to industry demands, multidisciplinary approach, emphasis on practical applications, experimental learning opportunities, and holistic development components make it highly commendable. Semester Exams in College are quite easy if you attend the classes properly. Pass percentage is min 33%.
Other: I chose chemical engineering. Because it has a never-ending scope. I was pretty much interested in technology and Science, Chemical engineering related to the same. The best thing in the course is the Real life applications. I wish to improve more sitting Places on the campus through which students can learn by sitting in the open area. Yes, MITS conducts many fest and tech events. Recently, a Cultural fest was organized by the institute. Music Events were also introduced by the institute and student committee.

Chemical Engineering Branch Overview.
Placements: In chemical branch the percentage of student getting placed in IT companies is more than that of getting in core companies. Mostly the students prefer to choose IT sector in their senior years as profession causing lower number of student sitting for core company placements.
Infrastructure: The hostel infrastructure is very nice and the campus provided is very beautiful and protected. The hostel facility is provided within the college campus. The facility comprises of a common room with television, open garden, mess facility with dinning and gym.
Faculty: The faculty provided for chemical branch by the college is average. The number of teachers upon the students in the branch is lesser. The course curriculum set for the branch is upto date and is totally relevant and the internship programme set by the tnp cell makes the student industry ready.

Absolutely satisfied because of faculty, infrastructure, and facilities.
Placements: The placement scenario in core sector is not so good but is fine in courses like CS, IT, and AI. But most students grabbed internship in core sector from good companies. B.SC chemical engineering from MITS is the best option in terms of academics but when it comes to placements, it needs improvement.
Infrastructure: Facilities are okay and the infrastructure is well built and maintained. Wi-Fi is not available in college campus but classrooms are air conditioned. Apart from a normal library, the college also has a digital library where students can take online lectures through NPTEL or any other platform.
Faculty: Teachers are nice, helpful and highly knowledgeable. The curriculum makes students industry ready as all the required information is being provided. Exam difficulty is moderate. About 90%+ students are able to clear the exams.

I am satisfied and have a good infrastructure. All the facilities are available.
Placements: In my course below average students are placed in my college placement; the package is between 3-6 Lacs per annum ;Top companies are Lupin, Hindustan Unilever, Jhindal steel, etc. ; For internship there is no criteria and for sitting in placement there is a criteria of nearly 7-7.5 CGPA. ; If someone cleared GATE exam then there are more opportunities in ONGC, IOCL, NFL in these companies our top roles are offered .
Infrastructure: In my department free Wi-Fi is available and labs, classrooms, library all these facilities are also available. In my college all facilities are available such as canteen, medical, sports, music, dance and in our college there is much space than we required for playing. My college is one of the biggest college in Gwalior.
Faculty: Yes, all our faculty were helpful and qualified from IIT's and they have enough knowledge and their teaching quality was also good. Yes, this is relevant in our course we study theoretically and in industry we apply it practically. The exams are not too easy or not too difficult if you study well then you get good marks.
Other: During the pandemic situation, all the companies fired their employees except the chemical industry employees. So, I choose a secure future and I have a genuine interest in machines and equipment so I choose this course. In my course there are so many extra courses are conducted so we have to study that also along with my courses, I want these courses are reduced. In my college there are so many events organized before some time there was a DJ night and for every new year student there was a fresher party was organized and so many extra curriculum activities were organised like volleyball ball, badminton, basketball, cricket all activities were organized by the sports club. Many activities were organized by other clubs.
