My college is really good. I would suggest it to anyone who wants to join.
Placements: If any strength is called 7.5 CGPA, then it is a possibility to get placement in my department. Last year, a girl’s package was 10 Lacs per annum in my course. The teachers are really good, and the teaching level of the teachers is really good. They can teach everything that comes in the exam.
Infrastructure: My college provides Wi-Fi, a library, labs, etc. In the library, if I want to search for the books of mathematics, then I can easily find those books. In the computer labs, the Wi-Fi is always available, and if I want to use my phone with the Wi-Fi, then I can use it.
Faculty: The teachers in my department are really helpful. If I want any help in midnight, then I can call that teacher and take help. The difficulty level of the semester exam is moderate, not easy, not hard. In the semester exam, teachers share the previous year's question papers.
Other: I am pursuing a B.Sc. Mathematics Honours from Maitri College because I am interested in mathematics and want to do something like a Master's or a government exam. That's why I chose this course.

Review of Maitreyi College.
Placements: The placement system at my college is really, really good. I saw many of the alumni of our college get placed in very good companies with good packages. So overall, the placement system at my college is very good and hence it is worth it to get admission over here.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure in Maitreyi is one of the best in the whole Delhi circuit. Likewise, the course and hostel facilities are also very good. Classrooms and the whole administrative block are totally good. So the overall rating I would give it will be like nine out of ten.
Faculty: The faculty for my course is so good that I enjoy taking the lectures and never feel bored. Curriculum is, of course, according to NEP so yeah, its good and exams for my courses take place semester-wise, which is, I guess, good according to students.
Other: Rest I would say its really worth it to get into this college, as I am enjoying my college life too much studying. All the events organized here are so joyful. The college crowd is too good, with students coming from different states.

Review of Maitreyi College.
Placements: Placement cell is one of the top 10. Every year placement fair is organized. In 2022, the minimum salary offered was 4 LPA in more than 30 companies such as Decathlon, Grow Junction, Cent, The Heritage School, etc. They bring good internship opportunities with enough stipend.
Infrastructure: There is a separate science block for classes, big classrooms with good ventilation, lights, fans, and a Wi-Fi connection. There is a separate block in the library for Mathematics books. Hostel is newly made and well furnished. Medical room for everyone. Canteen provides good quality food at a cheap price. Sports ground and a football court are available in a room with equipment. Best part is its beautiful and well-nurtured garden with its red walls and nearby embassies. The College area is very safe for girls because of its embassy.
Faculty: The best thing about Mathematics Hons is its faculty. Teachers are more of a family, supportive, interactive, creative, much cooperative, well qualified, knowledgeable, and much helpful. They are beyond the school teachers. Teaching quality is beyond expectations. If you attend all the lectures then you don't need to worry about exams. The course curriculum is relevant and gives much exposure to the industry and companies. Before university takes the semester exam so our department was taking mid-semester exams, to make us aware of the paper.
Other: Every festival is celebrated such as Diwali Mela is a vibe, Freshers & Farewell are out of the box. Fests are very unique with so much fun. Few stars such as Hardy Sandhu, Darsham Raval, etc. were invited to the college. Campus is large enough to hang out. There are various scholarships in academics, sports, and extracurricular activities, for poor students as well.

Our college is great with most helpful teachers.
Placements: Data Analyst, Research, and Subject Matter Expert are the roles offered. Many top recruiting companies visit every year with a good package like Deloitte, EY, and many more. We conduct internships and job fairs every year to provide students with an ocean of opportunities and placements.
Infrastructure: Good food with a variety of dishes and at not much cost. Instruments are there to play games and cool water is provided. Along with food, ice cream stalls are there in summer and had a variety of things to do in college. A much wider area to sit 5-6 gardens is there.
Faculty: All the semesters are average. Everyone has different opinions about Different courses but there are many courses with all the facilities and sources to learn with a huge library. You can take books along with you and return them after some time.

Maitreyi College is an above-average college of an average university.
Placements: Due to COVID, most placements were deferred. Although the placement cell tries hard, there aren't many employment opportunities for science students. Most students take marketing internships or subject matter expert roles. The average salary package doesn't go over 3 LPA.
Infrastructure: The hostels are still being constructed. Throughout the campus, the Wi-Fi signal is strong. We have computer labs for our course. But there is one computer for two students, and there is never a sufficient number of chairs to sit on. The labs are cramped. The classrooms are adequate. But it got pretty uncomfortable to sit for two to three hours in the block periods.
Faculty: Older faculty members are experienced and knowledgeable. But some of the newly recruited staff are pompous and unnecessarily proud. They mostly copy from notes that are available with the photocopier. It's a theoretical course. So it doesn't make you ready for any industry except teaching. That is also rote memorisation. So the exams are easy to pass.
Other: I love mathematics, and the prospect of being on the South campus felt like there would be ample opportunities. I am deeply disappointed with it. While our department isn't as active, the cultural societies in my college are great. They bag university-level awards and form a family. Cultural societies are the only reason many students attend college.
