Placements: My college provides 100 percent placement, which is one of the most important aspects while choosing a college. I feel my college has the best tech giant companies such as Microsoft, TCS, and many more. The highest package is around 45 LPA till now, and the average package is around 8 LPA, so it’s good for a fresher.

Placements: Placements at NIT Jamshedpur are similar to the one's that a boy studying in 12 dreams about it's always going to be better than your expectations. In my course 100% students are being placed from past 2 year continuously and before that it was around 98%. In my course highest package offered on campus was 18 LPA and lowest was 8 LPA. Highest package is 50 LPA and the lowest package is 4 LPA and the medium is 12 LPA in our college, The top companies which comes to the placement are Google and Microsoft. Placements: Average package of production and industrial engineering is 12 LPA approximately. 97% of batchmates are placed, which is the highest among all NITs. Overall placement percentage is 93% during the recession period.

Placements: The best thing about this college is placements. More than 90 percent of the 2023 batch students have been placed. The highest package is 83 LPA by Atlassian. A lot of big companies visit the college, including Tata Steel for core students.

Placements: The highest package is 22 LPA, the average package is 11 LPA, and the lowest package is 8 LPA. The placement rate is 97.61%. Top recruiting companies are Tata Motors, Tata Cummins, JSW, Tata Steel, and Vedanta. Above 90 percent of students received internship offers, especially for production and industrial engineering students. Placements: Yes, if we compare our college to many other NIT colleges, it is better because here all branches have more than 90%+ placement ratio and personally my branch has 100%. The highest package is approximately 18 lakhs and the average package is approximately 9.33 lakhs. And one more thing which attracted me when I took admission here is that students of core branches can also apply in non-core companies.

Top recruiters included Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Jindal, Tata Cummins, Aditya Birla Group, and L&T. 70% of students got internships in companies like Tata Steel, Jindal, and L&T, with roles such as Manager and Assistant Manager. The placement of our branch is very good, and it even surpasses that of many IITs.

Placements: In my branch, Mechanical, last year, 98% of students got placed with an average package of 9.75 LPA. Now, coming onto the highest package, it is 22 LPA. Students can also go into non-core jobs. I hope my review will help every student willing to get in here.

Placements: At NIT Jamshedpur, almost 100% of placements occurred in the mechanical branch every year. According to 2024 states, the highest salary package offered in the mechanical branch is 23 LPA. The average salary package offered is 12.5 LPA. The lowest salary package offered is 9.3 LPA. Top recruiting companies are Tata Steel, Tata Motors, Deloitte, etc. In the mechanical branch, around 63.5% of students got 6 months of internships. The high placement rate is the backbone of this college.

Placements: Mainly, educational background companies come to this college. In my batch, up to January 2024, no industrial background companies come to this college, but TCS comes to this college. Unfortunately, up to January 2024, in my batch, no one got placement. The college does not focus on recruitment in the Chemistry department.

The highest package of MME records 18 LPA, while 9.5 LPA is the average, which is far better than other core branches during the placement season of 2023–24. Placements: The placement percentage is 90 to 100 percent for different branches. The highest package is 82 LPA CTC and the lowest is 5 LPA CTC; the average is 15 to 20 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Oracle, Atlassian, Amazon, Snapdragon, Adobe, etc. For the ECE core, we had the Steredian and Key slight instruments. 30 percent of students get internships. RTL engineering is the top role offered.

Placements: I am from the Metallurgy branch, second year at NIT Jamshedpur. Firstly, many people don't know about this branch and also criticize it in terms of core study themes and placement. However, nowadays, growing industries require highly qualified metallurgists. Now, regarding our college's situation, the placement scope for our Metallurgy branch is at the next level. Tata Motors, Tata Steel, the Birla Group, and many other renowned industries offer high packages for our branch.

Placements: The 2024 batch had 94% of its students were placed. The highest package was 24 LPA, the lowest was 6.5 LPA, and the average was 11 LPA. Top Recruiting companies are Tata Steel, ZS Associate, Tata Motors, JSL, Axxela, LnT, etc. Approximately 18 Percent Students got internship in Tata Steel, JSL, etc. GTE, DAA, etc. Roles are being offered.

Placements: I am a first-year student. Placement here at NIT is about 95%. The main recruiters are Adobe, Qualcomm, Microsoft, Google, Atlassian, Amazon, etc. The highest package offered was 87 LPA and the average package was about 23 LPA for ECE and 27 LPA for CSE.

Placements: Approximately 95% of students from the 2k24 batch got placed, with a total of 26 SDEs placed in different companies like Atlassian, Oracle, and many more. The highest placement was 83 Lacs per annum, and the average package was around 14 Lacs in the core sector where Tata and Vedanta also participated.

Placements: When discussing placements and internships, our class strength is 32, out of which 4-5 students secure an internship, as they are interested. Regarding placements, 5-6 students opt for placement. The packages range between 6 and 12 lakhs per annum. The top recruiting companies are PW, Akash, and mainly Edtech.

Placements: Almost all the students are placed in our placement season. Placements for core branches are very good for NIT Jamshedpur and for circuital branches, it is one of the highest. The average package is about 15 Lacs per year and median package is about 12 Lacs this year.
