For admission to BTech at NIT Patna, aspirants need to complete the JEE Main application process, conducted by NTA. The steps to be followed for completing application form are:

Step 1: Open the NTA official website. 

Step 2: Click on the “JEE Main 2025 Registration” link. 

Step 3: Fill in the required details and click on the “Submit” button to complete the registration. After the completion of JEE Main registration process, candidates will receive an email and message in their registered email ID and mobile phone number with details of the application form number and password. Candidates will need to keep safe/save the details of registration.

Step 4: After completion of registration, candidates will be redirected to the page for filling out the detailed application form. 

Step 5: Upload scanned images of passport-size photographs and signature along with other required documents.

Step 6: Payment of the application fee.

Step 7: The application form will be automatically submitted after the payment of application fees.

Candidates can log in to check and download their results from the NTA official website. The registrations for JoSAA Counselling are expected to commence from Jun 10, tentatively. Aspirants will have to register for the counselling within the prescribed deadline.

Candidates who want NIT Patna admissions have to clear entrance exam and also need to fulfill the eligibility criteria. There is no provision for direct admission.
