I really won in my life in this college.
Placements: We were the students of the 2020 batch that graduated in 2024. Initially, our university was under BPUT, but in 2022, it became an independent university. This change may have resulted in significant improvements. The placement record for our batch was very good, with over 50% of the students in our civil branch getting placed at an average CTC of 6 LPA. Across the university, over 70% of students were placed, with the highest package being 17 LPA. Some students got placed via off-campus placements. Our top recruiting companies are L&T, Accenture, TCS, Cisco, Pradan, and Adani. The lowest package for the 2024 batch was 4 LPA. For internships, the university provides government internships with stipends for some students. Other students must find their own internships, and the college provides a one-month duration for this. Students can also get internships through their teachers as references.
Infrastructure: When it comes to infrastructure, the college is good but not excellent. The campus is a bit confusing, and it takes at least six months to get your bearings. We have to walk a lot because the canteen is about 100 meters from the college building. There is 24/7 Wi-Fi on campus. The hostel is fabulous, with nice rooms, clean floors, and bathrooms with lift facilities. Only two people stay in each room. The rooms come with two large cupboards, two chairs, and two tables. There are four wardens who are very good natured and treat you like their child. They are very helpful, as. The college will be about 500 meters from the hostel. For fees, we have to pay Rs 5330 for six months for the hostel, excluding mess fees. For mess fees, it depends on the number of days you eat. There are so many opportunities for sports, cultural events, and technical competitions. Outside the campus, there are so many places to go and things to do.
Faculty: The teachers were very helpful and taught me in a way that I could understand. They were always there to support me throughout my college career. The difficulty level of the exams was comparable to the level of teaching. In addition to my academic courses, I learned a lot of skills from the various clubs that provided both technical and cultural activities.
Other: I really liked the progressive learning environment at this college. In addition to the academics, there were many extracurricular activities held every year. The best thing about the college was the mutual bond between the teachers and the seniors. They were like our brother and sister from another mother, and they were always there to support us in every way, whether it was an official matter or a personal one. They guided us in our studies, provided various facilities, and gave us opportunities to excel. The best part was that the college was very affordable, and they provided scholarships and fee waivers to students who were financially challenged.

Our college has good infrastructure.
Placements: Our college offers one of the best placements in circuital branches, and this is a little less when comes to core branches. Placements are good in our college. Top recruiting companies for our course are L&T, Adani, Godrej, Tata, and JSPL. Students are eligible for placements in their 7th semester. Students got internships from our college in top companies as our college allows enough time for this. The highest salary package offered is 12 LPA. The average salary package offered for our course by core companies is 7 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 6 LPA.
Infrastructure: The campus has high-speed Wi-Fi, which is accessible to all students anywhere on the campus. Our classrooms are well-maintained. The civil department has a reading room for self-study. Labs are not well-maintained but have enough machines and materials which are useful for students. The food served in the mess is good as it is monitored by students. Our college has a cricket court, a football court, a basketball court, and a badminton court. Students can access all courts.
Faculty: Our faculty members are friendly and highly qualified. They are always ready to guide students. Their teaching quality is good. They help us with our projects and assignments or whenever students need them. Semester exams are not much difficult or competitive for an average-scoring student.
Other: This course has a future, and I always wanted an industrial subject. The course could be improved by involving more site visits and practical hands-on knowledge, which is always important for the course. Our college conducts one tech fest and one cultural fest every year. The connectivity is good, and there is always access to necessary facilities. Our college provides government scholarships and schemes to deserving students. Our college is improving its infrastructure and will provide better facilities. Our college looks fresh and green. It is surrounded by a lot of trees.

Good reputed government college in Odisha.
Placements: Best branch placements are from electrical, although every branch is good and offers approximately 4-6 LPA, which also depends on the skills you have developed. Top recruiting companies include L&T, Tata, Deloitte, Maruti Suzuki, Cognizant, TCS, and many IT sector companies.
Infrastructure: The facilities and infrastructure available are good enough compared to other government institutions. For girls, every girl will be allocated a hostel, but not every boy will get allotment in the hostel—only the top rankers. The food provided in the canteen is decent.
Faculty: Most of our teachers are helpful. The curriculum is relevant to all engineering exams and will prepare you for your placement. The semester exams are moderate, and a minimum of 4.5 SGPA is required for passing, but it's still not that easy; you need to work hard.

We have big infrastructure for studies and co-curricular activities
Placements: The percent of students that were placed in our course would be 70%, maximum was taken by tata group. The highest package offered in our course is 10-12 LPA. The lowest package would be 2-3 LPA and the average package would be 5-6 LPA. The percentage of students got internship from our course would be 80%.
Infrastructure: We have big infrastructure for studies and co-curricular activities. Every branch in our college got their own library and reading room to study which has AC. There are many rooms or auditorium to conduct seminar which are very helpful to us. All buildings have maximum 4-5 floor.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, qualified and knowledgeable in their own specific area. We shouldn't compare them with other teachers as they are perfect in their area. The teaching quality you will get it top notch. The course curriculum is very relevant. Th semester exam in college is not very difficult, not very easy but moderate.
Other: I chose this course because I knew civil engineering was the easiest and I can enjoy my B.Tech life peacefully.

It is absolutely the best college.
Placements: About 80% of students were given placements. The average salary package offered is 3 LPA. The highest salary package offered is 15 LPA and the lowest salary package offered is 2 LPA. Companies that are recruiting are Ultratech, Konark, JSW, and many other companies. About 50% of students got internships from our course which is civil engineering.
Infrastructure: There are four hostels on our campus. There is a spare hostel for the 1st-year students outside the campus. All are best and nice to use. Our branch students stay there. Discipline is also maintained. Overall, all 5 are in very good condition. Wi-Fi is also there. A separate department and its labs are also available.
Faculty: Teachers in our college are very much helpful and supportive. They are much more qualified and have very good knowledge. Semester exams are quite difficult but adjustable. The pass mark in every subject is 33%. Maximum students clear this. Exams are conducted in a very strict manner.
Other: The college is excellent.

You will get the college but not the branch. I know you will definitely get the college but you have to work very hard in your B.Tech to cope up with others.

According to your rank, you cannot get government college. You can take admission in good private colleges otherwise you appear for JEE Mains next year.
