Candidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognized institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.

Good infrastructure and good placement.
Placements: In our college 72% of the students have been placed in various companies. 3.6 LPA was the highest package offered. 1.5 LPA was the lowest salary package offered. Companies like Stanadyne, Delphi TVS, Infosys, TCS have recruited my friends. Nearly 70% of our students have got internship.
Infrastructure: We have a central library in our campus where we have a lot of books for various domains. We have Wi-Fi in our college. We have projectors in all the classrooms which aids in classroom teaching. We have a very big ground to conduct sports and games. We conduct Anna University zonal events. We have won many prizes.
Faculty: The teachers are very helpful, they clear all our doubts and make us understand the concept in detail. We have a lot of experienced faculty members to impart a lot of knowledge in our minds. Our students are sent for internship which help them gain knowledge about the industrial atmosphere and gives them more exposure.
Other: I am from Mechanical Engineering. I love mechanical engineering because the concepts we study are applied in our day to day life which we even can see daily.

Experiencing the days of 4 years in the college, it's a place of placements and good infrastructure.
Placements: The students of our batch are placed well in the reputed companies. Especially every student in the mechanical field got placed in core field companies like Ashok Leyland, Hyundai, Nissan and other manufacturing industries. The top placed department is computer science with a high package, and the students of this year batch also experienced same placement rate.
Infrastructure: The labs are clean, and they are well-equipped. According to a survey, the lathe machines are very rare in colleges, but all the equipment are available in our college. The computer labs will be constructed well with huge systems. The Wi-Fi facility is available throughout the college premises. Our college placed first in Thiruvallur district and top ten in all the colleges of Anna University, Tamilnadu. The medical facility is also available in the hostel premises. The library is one of the attracted spots of the college.
Faculty: The hired faculty members are only doctorates, so they teach with practical knowledge more than the theoretical. The bonding between the students and the teachers is good in the mechanical department because I've experienced four years. I don't know about other departments.
Other: The scholarships are available for the students of Tamil Nadu, but not for the other state students. The events like cultural events are very rare, but the sports day is celebrated every year.

I am comfortable with my course and have gained a lot of knowledge.
Placements: In the campus placements, students were mostly selected in TVS Harita, and Stanadyne companies. Students with CGPA of 9 and 9.5 were being placed with a salary package of Rs. 25,000 per month. Even, students with one arrear were placed in posts like an employee in production section. Some of the companies visiting the college are IBM, Infosys, TATA communications, TVS, and Stanadyne.
Infrastructure: The campus is Wi-Fi facilitated, different types of author's books are available for a single subject in the library. It is a ragging free and tobacco-free campus. The college provides breakfast and lunch with a lot of cleanliness. The campus is eco-friendly. The classrooms are polished and give peace of mind to concentrate. Cafe coffee day is facilitated in the campus to refresh the minds of students.
Faculty: The faculty members are highly trained in industry knowledge, and their teaching is excellent. The faculty is friendly to the students. The teachers are very helpful and responsive at any time. Each student is taken care of by the faculty. Extra coaching is also given to the students apart from the daily classes. Every faculty has an experience of 4 to 5 years.
Other: The college provides scholarships for counselling the students once in a year. There are clubs like language club, bike clubs which were hosted daily.

Our college doesn't have better faculty members, infrastructure, and placements.
Placements: Our college doesn't provide better salary packages and doesn't have better companies for core placements.
Infrastructure: Food served in our college is not good. Our college does not have good network. Better lab facilities are not available in our college because some of the machines are not working.
Faculty: Some teachers in our college are good and they teach very well. Some of them don't know anything and show PPTs only.
Other: Our college doesn't organise extracurricular activities. It is not good and not worth the money.

Good management with excellent teachers.
Placements: Placements of the college are awesome. More than 60 companies visit every year for the recruitment. The placement coordinator is good. They provide good internship opportunities.
Infrastructure: We have good lab facilities, with experienced lab technician with lab staff. We have a wonderful library which is always open to enrich our knowledge, good spacious classrooms with projectors, facility provided in hostels are good with free environment.
Faculty: The teaching quality is excellent by well knowledge faculties. The faculty provides friendly surroundings. The mechanical department has the best teachers.
