Great college with great people and great campus.
Placements: Many good companies are arriving at RIT. The highest LPA offered This year (2022) is 16 LPA by oracle. Most offers are for computer Science and engineering students, as every computer students attending the interview gets the job. Other core subject related companies are also arriving at our college.
Infrastructure: RIT has the best teaching and non teaching faculty members. It is the third best fully governmental college under KTU. Rit Library is very big building that has so many books, digital library and a special floor for reading. Every department in rit has free unlimited bsnl Wi-Fi with high-speed for students, staff and for hostellers. Hostels also has so many facilities like great food and Wi-Fi, very cheap rents, but it has only limited seats (reservations for sc, st, obc, and for students from far places). RIT has high tech classrooms with projectors and LAN connection and can hold more than 70 students. There are 2 cafes and one canteen with great food at very much cheaper rates. SBI atm is situated at the main block. There are many sports events such as cricket, football, etc. And arts and cultural festivals called Ritu. There is a big college ground. For cricket and football and seperate basketball ground. Toilets are very clean. Workshop labs have the best facilities. RIT has student political parties like ksu, sfi, etc.
Faculty: Curriculum, exams, results are controlled by Kerala technical university KTU. Every teacher of RIT are well qualified and most of them has Ph.D. in their subjects and they are very excellent at teaching. Two series tests are conducted per sem by the college which also contributes to the final mark list.

RIT is one of the top government colleges in Kerala.
Placements: It is one of the top government colleges in Kerala. Placement cell is very good, and they try a lot to get us placed. TCS and Infosys are the major recruiters here. Sometimes they do off-campus. Nissan Digital, Litmus, Dexlock, Mitsogo and Quest Global also visit the college. Oracle offered the salary package of 9 LPA.
Infrastructure: The college has good infrastructure as compared to other government colleges, but not much as compared to private colleges. The CS department is very clean, and there are tiled classrooms with new benches and chairs. The architecture department is in progress. The open auditorium is also available here. It is a good college to start our career.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they try a lot to complete portions on time. Even during the covid time, they arranged online classes perfectly. They help a lot during final year projects. During lab sessions and course viva, they are very helpful.
Other: There are mainly five departments like civil, electrical, electronics, mechanical and computer science. Architecture is the best maybe. A new building for architecture is in progress. It also offers M.Tech and MCA, but there is no MBA.

RIT can be heaven for those who seek one and otherwise to those who don't.
Placements: The college is a government college, so there are a lot of great opportunities for placements. Senior batches got a lot of placements in the college. We still don't know about ours, as we are of KTU batch. The college has an active placement cell and companies like Infosys, TCS, Wipro, etc., come by for the campus placements to the college.
Infrastructure: The college has a vast campus of about 100 acres. Lush rubber plantation and other trees are present on the campus. It is a cool campus. Each department has its block, and computer science has the latest with B.Arch block coming on its way. Classrooms are assigned for each year and labs are fully equipped with AC. The department is on a hill, but the view is awesome.
Faculty: The faculty of the college are experienced and also accompanied by guest lecturers who seem cooler than the college faculty. Many of the faculty are from the same district, and all can be approached for further doubt clearing, etc. The teacher to student ratio is low, but the quality weighs for it.
Other: RIT is a college one looks forward to joining.
