The college has some really good teachers.
Placements: Very few placements are available for us, and less than 40% of students got placed. There is no effort from the college to help students get more placements, and the students are not guided properly in preparing resumes and how to clear the interviews.
Infrastructure: The college is well built with proper space. The campus is small in size, not much spacious around, but the classrooms are spacious and have proper ventilation. Labs are good, and the library is well maintained. The campus has Wi-Fi facilities.
Faculty: The faculty members are well educated and helpful. They are good at teaching. But the curriculum is designed by Mumbai University, and the curriculum is old with technologies that are not in use now. Semester exams are not that difficult. One can easily clear the exams, but scoring high is tough.
Other: I chose this course because it is something different from the mainstream engineering that all were taking up. New technologies must be provided, and the teaching skills of our teachers can be improved. College life was fun and full of memories, and our college fest named Zodiac is a very popular fest in Mumbai, and I enjoyed a lot during the fest.

I am satisfied with the teaching techniques of the college.
Placements: Hardly 1 or 2 core companies approached the college this year. Few IT and sales companies visit our college with low salaries and low intake. It does not teach the students how to crack the interviews before the placements drive.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is great. The structure of the building is beautiful, with balconies on every floor facing the beach. The college is well-ventilated and spacious. The canteen can be better. It should provide a sports room on the campus.
Faculty: The teaching faculty members in the college are highly educated. They have good experience in their respective subjects. The course curriculum is very interesting and knowledgeable. The examination system is very disciplined and particular. The minimum mark to pass a subject is 32.
Other: I have chosen this course because the Instrumentation Engineering course is a rare course. But when I started learning about the field, it is very interesting and has a depth of engineering application. New technologies and tools need to be introduced in the course regarding the field. Fests and events conducted on the campus are of great fun. It gives a chance for students to showcase and excel in their skills.

There are no good placements. I suggest thinking twice before taking admission.
Placements: I am a student at RGIT College. The department is on the verge of getting dissolved with no good placements and a scarcity of teaching staff members. Every year, the numbers of students opting for this branch is also deteriorating. Good companies and core companies are not visiting here for placements, and the placement rate of our college is also below average.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college needs renovation. There is water leakage problem from the ceiling in the monsoon, and Wi-Fi is also not available here. There is no proper drinking water facility for students. Hostel facilities are also not provided for outstation students, but many paying-guest options are available for students.
Faculty: Faculty members are good with proper knowledge about the subject. They are also helpful at times. A few faculty members are also strict, but some teachers are very helpful in projects. Almost 75% of attendance is a must. Otherwise, teachers don't allow for practical exams.
Other: The fest conducted is the highlight of our college in the academic year.

I am dissatisfied because of the faculty, playground and placement activities.
Placements: Our college offers courses like B.E in computer science, masters in electronics, B.E in instrumentation, B.E in electronics and telecommunication, B.E in mechanical and B.E in an information technology course. Placements in our college are good for courses like computer science, information technology and mechanical.
Infrastructure: There is no playground and Wi-Fi facility for students. Good quality of food is served in the canteen. The college space is poor. It does not have a huge campus. The infrastructure of our college is not good. Our college has a poor quality of seating arrangement, and there is no central air-conditioned facility.
Faculty: Faculty members have average knowledge, but they do not have good knowledge about the subjects. Some teachers eat tobacco and gutka in the classrooms in front of the students.
Other: Fests are not organised properly, so it is not good for the fest. Sports activities are not so good. Sports are organised by students, and the faculty does not pay any money for organising the fest.

Lack of infrastructure and necessary industrial exposure.
Placements: Very few instrumentation companies came for placements and it was quite disappointing. Mostly students went for IT sector which was common for IT, Instrumentation, and EXTC branch and hardly 30 to 60 students were selected during the whole year.
Infrastructure: Decent rooms and labs, but should expand the infrastructure for sports and other activities. They should increase industrial instrumentation interactive session and industrial knowledge for students.
Faculty: Facilities are good with respect to subject and their knowledge. Few have in depth knowledge, but just can't compete with respect to today's up to date curriculum. The course curriculum is limited and relevant. The college also lacks infrastructure again which lead to improper guidelines or benchmark of students.
