I don't appreciate the college.
Placements: 1. The college has a placement record of 80%.
2. The number of companies that come to our college is quite low.
3. The average package is only INR 5 lakh rupees
4. The highest salary was INR 9 lacs, and the lowest was INR 3 lacs per annum.
5. There were only a handful of top companies that visited.
Infrastructure: 1. If we talk about the infrastructure, it is not that bad; there are good classrooms and labs present.
2. We also have a library and Wi-Fi connection.
3. Also, one can stay in a hostel and food is also provided.
4. You also have a canteen available but the food is only satisfactory.
Faculty: 1. The teaching staff is good; we have faculty members who are quite experienced and knowledgeable.
2. There is a semester grade system that is followed and around 70% is the passing rate.
3. The curriculum is also relevant and good and tries to incorporate students to be industry-ready.

Not satisfied with the college.
Placements: The placement was not that good; not many companies came and recruited.
There were only basic job roles that were offered.
The highest package was 7 Lacs only.
The lowest was 3 lacs rupees and the average package for our 2021 batch was just 5 lacs rupees.
Infrastructure: The hostel has the basic necessities available, like cleaning, food, and medical care. I am not a big fan of mess food. The infrastructure includes things like Wi-Fi connections and the availability of classrooms and libraries. There are sports grounds on which you can play your favourite sports.
Faculty: The passing percentage was 70% not very difficult or very easy. The teaching quality is good and it won't feel out of the box where you don't feel connected to the topic being discussed. If you are focused in the class, you won't require more practice.

From my own experience VIT has great faculty members who are very helpful also it has ties with several international Universities. Persuing a degree in VIT is definately worth it.
