Q:   Can I get into SRCC with 85%?

A: 

Yes, students can join SRCC with 85% marks, only if they clear the required CUET cut-off.. It is one of the most eminent colleges of Delhi University. Admission to various courses offered at SRCC is based on CUET entrance exam. The university seats are allocated through DU CSAS counselling. Aspirig candidates must fulfil the course-specific eligibility criteria set by the college. Hence, its your CUET score that matters more than the Class 12 last-qualified exam score. 

Q:   How can I get admission in Shri Ram College of Commerce?

A: 

In 2022, Shri Ram College of Commerce (like all DU affiliated colleges) adopted CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses. Shri Ram College of Commerce admission 2023 for UG courses (as per DU) will be through Common Seat Allocation System of the University of Delhi. But, at first, it is necessary that aspirants opt for DU during CUET form filling and later apply on the CSAS portal to be eligible for admission. The admission process after CUET result declaration is explained below:

Step 1: After the declaration of the CUET UG exam, register on the DU CSAS portal in multiple phases.

Step 2: Submit Shri Ram College of Commerce + Course combination preferences in the order of priority on the CSAS dashboard. Here student must select their preferred course and college as the option. 

Step 3: The University has released the dates for three DU CSAS Seat Allocation Lists which will be out on August 1, August 10 and August 22, 2023, respectively for all categories. 

Step 4: Once the candidate "Accept" the provisionally allocated seat, the Shri Ram College of Commerce will verify the eligibility and documents uploaded by the candidate online. The college has an option to 'Accept' or 'Reject' the admission of the student basis the verification. 

Step 5: Once Shri Ram College of Commerce accords the approval, candidates will have to pay the 'Admission Fee' to confirm their seat. 

Q:   Is it hard to get into SRCC?

A: 

Shri Ram College of Commerce is one of the top ranked colleges present in India. Shri Ram College of Commerce students are placed in top companies, hence the competition is very high. The top companies taking part in the placement drive at SRCC College are Google, Microsoft, Deloitte, and others. Hence, it is hard but not impossible to get admission to various courses offered by SRCC. 

Q:   What is the expected cutoff for the SRCC 2024?

A: 

Shri Ram College of Commerce is popularly known as SRCC offers admission to UG courses based on CUET scores. Followed by the CUET scores, there is a centralised counselling process conducted by DU via the Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) for admission to the affiliated colleges. SRCC cutoff 2023 for B.A. (Hons.) in Economics was 99. Only candidates who have a valid CUET score is eligible for the admissions at SRCC. For the round-wise merit list released by the DU, candidates can visit the official website of CSAS at ugadmission.uod.ac.in to check the results.

Admission to all the Shri Ram College of Commerce courses is entrance-based. While Shri Ram College of Commerce accepts CUET UG exam for admission to its undergraduate courses, admission to all the PG programmes will be subject to the CUET- PG exam starting admission 2023. The institute along with DU started accepting CUET UG starting 2022 and the CUET PG from 2023 session onward. Before this, admission to UG was based on merit in Class 12 and PG admission was mostly subject to DUET exam previously conducted by DU. Other: The campus is not so big but contains many courses running in the premises. Faculty is not well educated but any graduate teaches the students. Infrastructure is good. Environment is peaceful. Industrial exposure is not so good. Placement is 50-60% that too depends on student’s ability. Therefore, all things are not good of the college but at some extent it is good. Canteen is average.
