Better place to study and improve your skills.
Placements: In college placements, almost every student gets placed. However, it totally depends on your academic record and your own excellence. The college provides the best opportunities from around the country and good exposure to companies. In the mechanical department, the placement is good but cannot be considered the best, as the highest package this year was 20 Lacs, and the average package in the mechanical department is 9 Lacs per annum, which can be low for students as they pay almost 20 Lacs in four years if they are not local students.
Infrastructure: The college has one of the best infrastructures in the state, as they provide every facility. The college also has an in-house hospital and a team of doctors who are specialized in different fields such as orthopaedic, gynaecology, and pathology. The canteen facility in the college is very hygienic and well-maintained; however, the food might not taste up to the mark. The facilities and amenities provided by the college are better than many other colleges in Gujarat and even out of Gujarat. The course facilities are the best in PDEU, as it has the best mechanical labs.
Faculty: The faculty members in PDEU are very helpful in every way. Be it an academic issue or a personal problem, the faculty members are always available to guide us in every way. The faculty and student interaction is also better, as the class strengths are small and it is easy for the teacher to create better communication with every student. The curriculum is also very efficient and covers all aspects of the real market. The semester is about 6 months, and we have two exams in it: mid-sems and end-sems, and also the internal assessment.
Other: The college also organizes various events on the campus, which are on different topics, and also a lot of workshops on new things going on in the market. The clubs in the college will help you refine your passion and skills.

All about my college from Devarshi.
Placements: The particular department has comparatively fewer placements because most of the students go on to their personal businesses. However, of those who applied for placement, above 80% got placed. Internship opportunities are also provided by the institute.
Infrastructure: The classrooms are modern, and the internet connection is also good. The library is also one of the biggest. The food in the mess is above decent, and the quality is good. Sports are highly rated in the college. Medical services are also provided anytime when needed.
Faculty: Faculty are highly trained, and all are teaching according to the latest curriculum. Industry ready students are made from the latest syllabus, and the exams are moderate to tough, depending on the subject. However, most of the students pass the course.

Good curriculum, certain faculties are not up to the mark, inconsistent and harsh grading system.
Placements: The highest package recorded for Mechanical Engineering until now was 20 LPA, and the average this year was around 6-7 LPA. Top recruiting companies include Micron, Reliance, L&T, JSW, etc. The university and the department claim that they offer 100% placements, but that’s not the case. The placement percentage is quite lower than that.
Infrastructure: Hostel facilities and infrastructure are decent, but catering/food services and quality are below average. Most of the classrooms, labs, and libraries are good, better than most private colleges. Sports facilities are also good, with a newly established huge sports complex.
Faculty: Faculty members are highly qualified, some of them are helpful and knowledgeable, but many don’t have good teaching skills and don’t give deserving grades to students. Evaluation can be very harsh sometimes. The semester exams are usually moderate to tough, and way more challenging in comparison to most of the other private colleges. The curriculum overall is quite decent but can be improved as well.

Decent placements and nice infrastructure.
Placements: 33% of students were placed.
The highest package was 6.8 LPA, and the lowest was 1.8 LPA.
Top recruiters are TCS, Samarth Mobility, Alstom, Hyundai, etc.
More than 50% students got internship opportunities during their final semester, and that too in ISRO Ahmedabad. Top roles offered would be under GET to get knowledge about the working processes and then work upon projects, either for just managing the logistics or something else like setting up machines, etc.
Infrastructure: Classrooms are huge, with 3–4 charging ports under the desk and 4 air conditioning units. Wi-Fi is available but has very low speed. The library and e-library are also big, containing tons of books and journals. The quality of food available is the worst. You'll find it difficult to swallow.
Faculty: All the faculty members have Ph.D. degrees and are very helpful towards each and every student, except a few. The course curriculum is very relevant and in sync with the latest trends, technologies and industry standards. Semester exams are quite easy; they vary from student to student. The pass percentage is 35% in the exam and 40% overall. (2 internal assessment exams, a mid-semester exam + an end-semester exam).
Other: Management is very slow over here. The parking facilities are decent. There are huge grounds but they are only available to utilize after 5 or 6 p.m. There were several festivals over the years but they never called any actual celebrities to perform over here; maybe 9.6 L per student accounted for a very small budget. Scholarships are available but they don't provide them; they just assist in getting you one that is listed by the government. And the feeling you get in return is from the government, not them.

Satisfied enough to study and enjoy the college life .
Placements: The highest was 12 lac per Annum and lowest package was 4 lac per annum. Top recruiters were Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, MG motors, Alstom, etc. Almost, 80 to 90% of the students got internship in the Production, designing courses, industry 4.0.
There are 160 students in this batch
Students got internship in many big companies like Mercedes Benz, JLR.
Infrastructure: Everything is available. Laboratory, air-conditioned rooms and good professors, providing good class sessions are there. Quality of hostel is good, food is not much good, but the hostel life and rooms are good. Hostel rules are a little bit strict .
Faculty: Yes, all the teachers are helpful and qualified. The have immense amount of knowledge. The teaching quality is best.
Yes, this course makes the students up to date, and the curriculum gets updated according to the industry-trend. The difficulty level of exams is good enough.
