Reason to Choose This College (2024)

Placements: I'm a student at Zakir Hussain Delhi College, currently pursuing a B.A. Programme. This college provides good packages to students, with an average package of 5-6 LPA. Many companies, like Genpact and Wipro, visit for student recruitment, and our college also offers internships and interview sessions.

Infrastructure: Our college has good infrastructure and facilities that support effective studying for students and teaching for faculty. There are Wi-Fi-enabled classrooms, and every class has whiteboards and green boards. We have hostel facilities for two or three students, a large ground for sports, and medical facilities.

Faculty: The faculty and their teaching are very good compared to other colleges. Many of our teachers are Ph.D. faculty members who give their best to impart knowledge. They assign projects and take tests every week to prepare us for placements and interview sessions.

Other: Most students choose to enroll in this college. If you’re looking for a good college for a B.A., I would recommend Zakir Hussain Delhi College.

Review of Zakir Husain Delhi College, University of Delhi.

Placements: The placements are average here. They do not offer any exciting or gracious placements. A lot of companies do come here, like ICICI, MET Life, and TCS, but they do not offer very high packages. The average package is around INR 3–4.5 LPA. The internships are also not very well paid. The stipend is about INR 2–3K only.

Infrastructure: There are a lot of facilities available at the college. We have dedicated playgrounds, an auditorium with a good seating capacity, a judo room, a terrace with soothing wind, air-conditioned classrooms, three buildings, well-equipped laboratories and a canteen and mother dairy as well.

Faculty: The faculty and curriculum are relatively curated with respect to the latest trends and demands. The teachers are experienced and knowledgeable. The exams are not very difficult. Teachers are very helpful and always help us. They make us learn concepts very easily.
