CUCAT 2025 Counselling - The University of Calicut will release the CUCAT 2025 counselling schedule once the results are declared. The schedule will be available on the exam's official website. It is likely that the CUCAT 2025 counselling will take place in August 2025. The CUCAT results will be declared before that in July 2025 and the exam itself is expected to be held in May 2025. During the CUCAT counselling process, candidates who make the merit list must complete the admission formalities by appearing for the counselling session to verify their documents and pay the first semester fees. Following the CUCAT 2025 counselling process, candidates who possess and produce all the relevant documents and have paid the tuition fee will be allotted seats to their chosen programmes at the university. CUCAT 2025 Counselling - Allotment of Seats

There will be three allotments for all categories of students and two special allotments for General and SC/ ST/ EWS. All seat allotments will be final and will be done at the discretion of the exam body. No change or addition of new options will be allowed during any stage of the admission.

CUCAT Result 2025 will be declared by the Calicut University at its official website, uoc.ac.in once the exam is over. The CUCAT results will be available in the online mode as merit lists. Once the result is released, candidates will be able to get details such as their names, respective roll numbers, application numbers, merit ranks, entrance scores and percentages through the CUCAT Result 2025.

Q:   What is the marking scheme for CUCAT exam?

A:

The marking scheme for CUCAT exam is as such that questions vary for different courses. There is no fixed number of questions set per course. For BTech, the number of questions will be different from the number of questions asked in a BA Political Science question paper. There will be negative marking and 1/3 marks will be deducted. The total marks will be 100 marks.

A:

The Calicut University UG Entrance Exam pattern is as such that students will be provided with OMR sheets and plain papers to write their answers. The duration of the entrance exam will be 2 hours. Candidates will have to write down their answers with a pen on the allotted answer sheets. The questions will be asked in both English and Malayalam.
