CUCAT 2025 Results - Calicut University will declare the CUCAT result 2025 after the exam has been conducted. While CUCAT 2025 is expected to be held in May 2025, the results are likely to be declared July 2025. CUCAT results are declared in the form of rank lists on the official website - uoc.ac.in. These rank lists mention the examinees' ranks, registration numbers, names, CAP IDs, dates of birth, category and scores. A: 

CUCAT Result 2025 will be declared by the Calicut University at its official website, uoc.ac.in once the exam is over. The CUCAT results will be available in the online mode as merit lists. Once the result is released, candidates will be able to get details such as their names, respective roll numbers, application numbers, merit ranks, entrance scores and percentages through the CUCAT Result 2025.

How to Check CUCAT Results 2025?

Candidates can go through the following steps on how to check the CUCAT Entrance Exam results which are as follows:

Step 1: The candidate will first have to visit the official website of University of Calicut.

Step 2: From there, the candidate has to click on Directorate of Admissions’ on the homepage of the varsity.

Step 3: On clicking on the link, the candidate will be directed to a new tab, where they will have to search and click on the UG/PG link 

Step 4: The candidate will be directed to the ‘UGCAP PG CAP’ website where all the information regarding admission to UG courses will be mentioned.

Step 5: Click on ‘Entrance Exam Results 2025’.

Step 6: Enter the credentials such as your generated CAP ID and password to log in.

Step 7: Check the scorecard which will contain the rank, percentage and marks secured.

The CUCAT 2025 merit list will be released online. The merit list for a particular UG or PG programme mentions the names of candidates who have secured the desirable rank and are eligible for admission on the basis of marks secured and eligibility criteria. The merit list will be made on the following criteria:

CUCAT 2025 Counselling

CUCAT 2025 counselling dates will be released by the University of Calicut once the Calicut University UG Entrance Exam results are declared online. Candidates who make the merit list, are required to complete the admission formalities by appearing for the counselling session to verify their documents and pay the first semester fees. Q:   What is the marking scheme for CUCAT exam?

A: 

The marking scheme for CUCAT exam is as such that questions vary for different courses. There is no fixed number of questions set per course. For BTech, the number of questions will be different from the number of questions asked in a BA Political Science question paper. There will be negative marking and 1/3 marks will be deducted. The total marks will be 100 marks.

Q:   What is the exam pattern of CUCAT exam?

A: 

The Calicut University UG Entrance Exam pattern is as such that students will be provided with OMR sheets and plain papers to write their answers. The duration of the entrance exam will be 2 hours. Candidates will have to write down their answers with a pen on the allotted answer sheets. The questions will be asked in both English and Malayalam.
