The AILET 2024 examination commenced at 11 AM across multiple test centers. The All India Law Entrance Test (AILET) 2024 is being conducted by the National Law University Delhi (NLU Delhi) for admission to its undergraduate, postgraduate and PhD law programmes on December 10, 2023, across various test centres in India. The exam is being held in offline mode with the BA LLB (Hons.), LLM and PhD programmes. It started at 11:00 AM. AILET 2024 will be over at 1:00 PM. 

As per the official schedule, the provisional answer key for AILET 2024 is expected to be released within a few hours of the completion of the exam on December 10, 2023 (between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM). Candidates will have a window of time to raise objections to any questions they believe have incorrect answers. After considering the objections, NLU Delhi will release the final answer key and subsequently announce the results.

Q:   When will AILET 2025 Provisional Answer Key be released?

A:

 National Law University (NLU) Delhi released the provisional answer key for AILET 2024 first after which it opened a window to invite objections. After receiving the objection, the final AILET 2025 answer key was published. Note that, unlike the provisional key, the FINAL key can't be challenged. So, the keys included in the final keys was considered the correct keys for questions asked in the AILET 2025 exam.  The results for AILET 2025 and AILET final answer key 2025 was released together.

Q:   How to calculate marks using the AILET 2025 answer key?

A:

With the help of AILET answer key 2025, candidates were able to calculate the probable score that they can secure in the AILET 2025 exam. However, candidates need to know the marking scheme and calculate accordingly.

AILET Marking Scheme

As per the AILET marking scheme released by the NLU Delhi:

  • One mark is allotted for every correct answer
  • 0.25 marks are deducted for every incorrect answer
  • Zero marks for questions left unattempted

AILET 2025 Answer key helped candidates to know if they will be able to secure good marks or not. However, it was advised that they should wait for final answer key 2025 before coming to any conclusion.

Candidates could raise objections against the AILET 2024 answer key by following the steps mentioned below:

  • Go to nationallawuniversitydelhi.in 
  • On the right-hand of the window, you will see a log-in window
  • Enter your registered mobile number and password to log in to your AILET 2024 account.
  • After logging in, click on the "View Objections" tab
  • Click on the "Submit Objection" button
  • Select the type of objection: 1) About the question or 2) About the answer key
  • Enter objection details
  • Submit the objections
  • After submitting all the objections, click on the "Make Payment" option
  • Pay the fee online.

Note: The fee is INR 500 per objection.

How to Download AILET Provisional Answer Key?  

To download the answer key for AILET 2024, use the following steps: 

  • Go to the official website of NLU Delhi, nationallawuniversitydelhi.in. Make sure you open the "AILET 2024 Portal."
  • Now, go to the "Notification" section of the website's homepage. 
  • Click on the "AILET Master Answer Key" link for your law programme.
  • Click on the download button to download the answer key as a PDF. 

How to Raise Objection to AILET Answer Key 2024? 

Use the following steps to raise objection to AILET 2024 answer key: 

  • Visit the official NLU Delhi website: https://nludelhi.ac.in/
  • Log in to your AILET account: Enter your registered mobile number and password.
  • Click on the "View Objections" tab: This will be available only during the objection window.
  • Select the exam paper and question you wish to object to: Choose from the BA LLB (Hons.), LLM, or PhD program.
  • Provide a clear and concise explanation for your objection: Explain why you believe the answer in the provisional key is incorrect and provide evidence to support your claim.
  • Attach supporting documents (optional): If you have any evidence, such as legal precedents or expert opinions, to support your objection, you can upload them.
  • Review and submit your objection: Carefully review your objection before submitting it. Once submitted, you cannot make any changes.

Q:   Can I raise objection against AILET 2024 Answer Key in offline mode?

A:

No, the National Law University (NLU) Delhi does not provide the facility to raise objections against the answer key offline. Candidates can only raise objections through the online mode on the official website of NLU Delhi within the specified time period.

Candidates must login to their account using their registration number and password and submit their objections along with supporting documents and justifications through the online mode. The NLU will consider all the objections and representations received from the candidates and release a final answer key, which will be used for the preparation of the results.

It is important to note that candidates must follow the instructions given by the NLU Delhi while raising objections and submit their objections within the specified time period.

Q:   Can I challenge AILET Answer Key?

A:

Yes, candidate can challenge AILET Answer Key. NLU Delhi released the provisional answer key for AILET 2025 first after which it will open a window to invite objections. 101 marks is a very good in AILET score. Generally 70-100 marks are considered good score to be considered. With this marks you'll rank good enough.
