AIBE XIX (19) Application Form 2024: The Bar Council of India (BCI) released the official AIBE 2024 notification informing details about revised AIBE XIX (19) Registration Dates. Candidates must note that AIBE XIX (19) 2024 application process was completely online. Candidates could fill the AIBE 19 Application Form until November 15, 2024.

AIBE XIX (19) application form 2024-25 could be filled by visiting the official website of  All India Bar Examination 2024. Candidates could fill the application form for AIBE XIX (19) 2024 on allindiabarexamination.com. AIBE 19 2024 Exam Date is December 22, 2024. Earlier, the all India bar examination was scheduled to be held on November 24, 2024.  

AIBE XIX application process was such that candidates had to first register for the exam. After completing this step, aspirants had to fill in their details in the AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024 application form, upload their documents and pay the application fee. Along with the AIBE 19 notification 2024, BCI had also released important guidelines to fill out AIBE Application Form 2024. Candidates interested in appearing for the bar examination can check AIBE XIX (19) registration 2024-25, eligibility criteria and other related information.

Q:   Is there any fee concession provided to reserved categories for AIBE 2024 application form?

A:

Yes, the reserved categories I. e. Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, PWD candidates of SC/ ST category will be given a concession of INR 1,000 on the application fee i.e. they had to pay INR 2,500 as the application fee. Whereas, the candidates from unreserved categories have to pay INR 3,500. Apart from this, other candidates will not be exempted from paying AIBE 2024 application fee under any circumstances.

Q:   Can I change the exam centre once the application process gets over for AIBE exam?

A:

No. One cant change the AIBE Exam centre once the application form is submitted online. Candidates have to choose options of exam centre while applying for the exam. The exam centre option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare maximum 3 options for exam centre. AIBE will let candidates know about name and address of exam centre through the admit card. The admit card for AIBE has to be carried to the exam centre else candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

Q:   When will AIBE application forms be released?

A:

The AIBE 19 Application Window 2024 has been closed. The exact date of application form availability was confirmed by the Bar Council of India in a notification. The last date to fill AIBE 19 Application Form 2024 was November 15, 2024. AIBE 19 Exam Date 2024 is December 22, 2024.

AIBE XIX (19) Registration 2024: Documents required for AIBE 2024 Application Process

Before filling out the application form for AIBE 19 Exam 2024, aspirants were advised to be ready with the below-mentioned documents as mentioned by BCI:

AIBE Registration 2024-25: Who is eligible to apply?

Q:   Can I change language of AIBE Exam I want to appear in after submitting application form?

A:

No. One cant change the AIBE Exam language once the application form has been submitted. Candidates have to choose options of language they want to appear in while applying for the exam. The exam language option is filled during the final registration for AIBE. Candidates can declare option as per their convenience. 

Q:   I enrolled for AIBE XVIII (18) Exam but did not appear for it. Can I appear for AIBE XIX (19) Exam without paying registration fee?

A:

No, you cannot appear for AIBE XIX(19) without paying the registration fee. For AIBE 18, the Bar Council of India had announced that candidates who appeared at Rajkot centers for AIBE-XVII will be allowed to participate in the next AIBE-XVIII without having to pay the examination fee again.

Q:   When will AIBE 19 registration 2024 begin for final-year law students?

A:

The BCI began the AIBE 19  Application process for candidates who do not have an enrollment certificate, and are in the final semester of  3-year or 5-year integrated LL.B. degree course on September 25, 2024. Candidates could apply for AIBE 19 Exam on or before November 15, 2024. 

Only those candidates who fulfilled the eligibility criteria mentioned below were eligible to complete AIBE 19 Registration 2024-25. The eligibility criteria for AIBE XIX remained the same as before as BCI did not modify it in the exam notification. Here was the Indian Bar Examination Eligibility details in the table below:

Qualifying exam

Candidates who have passed a three-year LLB or five-year LLB degree are eligible to appear for AIBE exam. Therefore, academic qualifying exam for AIBE candidates is 

  1. 3-year LLB degree, OR
  2. 5-year integrated LLB degree

Minimum marks in qualifying exam

The BCI mentions no minimum marks are required for appearing in the AIBE exam. However, a candidate must secure a minimum percentage or grades in their law degree as prescribed by universities for further education. 

Age limit for AIBE exam

There is no upper or lower age limit for appearing in the All India Bar Examination. 

State Bar Council Registration/Enrollment 

A candidate must be registered with their State Bar Councils as an Advocate. As State Bar Council enrollment is mandatory for AIBE eligibility. 

Candidates not enrolled as an advocate with the SBC, will not be able to apply for AIBE XIX (19) Application Form 2024 

Steps to fill AIBE XIX (19) 2024-25 application form

Candidates could fill out the application form for AIBE XIX (19) 2024 by following the simple steps given below:

To apply for AIBE XIX (19) Exam candidates had to register themselves first. Visit the official website of AIBE - allindiabarexamination.comClick on the Registration link. The AIBE registration page appeared as under: 

 

 

Next, AIBE 18 Registration Number and Password was sent to the registered email address. Next, candidates was required to login with these details as under:

 

 

2. Fill AIBE 19 (XIX) Application Form  2024-25

Candidates could check the details to enter on AIBE application form 2024-25 below:

  • Name
  • Gender
  • Father’s/husband’s name
  • Date of birth
  • Permanent address
  • Email ID
  • Mobile number
  • Test centre preferences (at least 3)
  • Choice of test paper language (any 1 from available languages)

Further, aspirants had to fill in details about their LLB degree and year of enrollment with the State Bar Council. Once, these details are filled, candidates need to click on the 'Next' button to proceed. 

AIBE XVI Application Form: LLB Degree Details

Next, candidates had to mention their category details. Candidates could go back to the previous form if they had to edit any detail using the 'Back' button at the top right of the application form. 

Note: *Extra 20 min/hour would be provided to the candidate with more than 80% disability or discomfort. However, the approval for the scribe and extra time would remain the discretion of the council.

Next, candidates had to select their preferred AIBE exam centres. Here, aspirants had to select their top three preferences and, question paper language from any of the 11 languages allowed.

Next, the candidates had to upload the documents as under:

Next, the confirmation page will appear on the screen and the page will be redirected to the login page as under:

Candidates will also get a confirmation message on their registered mobile numbers, that they need to enter in the login form - Password and OTP. The application fee for AIBE 19 2024 can be paid in online mode only using any of the e-payment methods: 

The application fee could be paid in cash along with bank charges as under:

Once all the above-mentioned steps were performed the AIBE 19 (XIX) 2024 application process was considered complete. Candidates were advised to keep a copy of their submitted AIBE application form 2024-25 for future reference.

The last date for correction in AIBE registration form was November 22nd 2024. So you can not correct now. Now the admit card downloading is in process from December 15th onwards.
