Both 3-year LLB and 5-year LLB graduates or final year students are eligible to appear in the AIBE exam. BCI has not brought any changes in the AIBE 19 Exam Pattern 2024 and AIBE syllabus as of now. Until AIBE 2020, the AIBE Exam was conducted as an open-book exam. However, from AIBE 2021 onwards, AIBE is no longer an open-book exam.
