MAH MBA CET 2023 cut offs and merit list for CAP Round 1 has been released. Candidates who meet the CET cut offs, can confirm their admission between August 3 and 5. MAH MBA CET 2023

MAH MBA CET is a common entrance test for admission to over 300 B-schools in Maharashtra. The exam is conducted by the Maharashtra State CET cell annually. The MAH CET score is accepted by top MBA colleges in Maharashtra including JBIMS, SIMSREE, Welingkar’s, PUMBA, MET Pune, etc. Currently, the CAP round or the common counselling process for MBA/MMS admission is ongoing. The MAH MBA CET 2023 Round Round 3 cut off was released on August 21, 2023. After the third and final CAP round, the admissions will close.

MAH MBA CET is one of the most popular entrance exams in Maharashtra. Traditionally, the MAH MBA CET has been conducted in the month of March but in 2021 and 2022 it was conducted in August-September. Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies admission to Master of Management Studies (MMS), MMS in Financial Management, MMS in Marketing Management and Master of Human Resource Development (MHRD) through MAH CET MBA.  As per JBIMS cutoff 2023 and 2024 for MMS, the minimum cutoff in MAH CET CAP Round 1 and Last Round cutoff was 99.99 Percentile. Analysis of cut offs for previous years for Master of Management Studies (MMS) reveals that, JBIMS has seen an improving trend compared to 2022. Also, when compared from 2021 to 2022, it shows an improving trend here as well. The cutoff for Master of Management Studies (MMS) was 99.96 in 2021 and 99.98 in 2022 respectively. MAH MBA CET CAP Round 2023

After the declaration of MAH MBA CET 2023 result candidates are required to participate in the common counselling process.  The MAH MBA CET CAP is a centralised admission process throuh which CET qualified candidates are allotted seat in the MBA/MMS colleges affiliated to the state government. The MAH MBA CET CAP is conducted in three rounds. In each round candidates are allotted seats as per their preference (filled in the CAP registratin form) and cut offs. The seat allotment lists and MBA CET cut offs are released round wise for the candidates as per the availability of vacancy. 

The MAH CET CAP process will include the following stages:

  • Online registration for MBA CAP through MAH CET login in details
  • Round wise MAH MBA CET 2023 cut off and seat allotment list release
  • Completion of admission formalities by the candidate at the allotted college

Candidates who will clear the MBA CET 2023, will be eligible to participate in MAH MBA CET CAP. They will have to fill the online registration from before the deadline, in which they will be required to select colleges for seat allotment. If they meet the college cut off, they will be allotted a seat in that college. Once the seat is allotted, the candidate will have to confirm admission by completing the formalities at the college. In case, they want to wait for the second allotment list, then they will have the option to accept seat allotted in the second round only. They can’t go back to the seat and college allotted in the first round.

Q:   When was MAH MBA CET 2024 cut off released?

The State Common Entrance Test Cell, Maharashtra uploads round wise and category wise MAH MBA CET cut offs on its official website during the CAP process. The MAH CET MBA 2024 cut offs were released during the CAP 2024 which was held from July 12 to September 12, 2024. You can check MAH CET 2024 cut off on this page (https://www.shiksha.com/mba/mah-cet-exam-cutoff). You can also check the cut offs of previous years on this page.

MAH CET cut offs include only the overall cut offs on the basis of which seats are allotted to candidates during the counselling process. Candidates do not have to meet any sectional cut off to be eligible for admission into a particular MBA college. MAH CET cut offs 2024 were declared for three rounds. Cut off percentiles of students belonging to different categories were different. The category specific cut offs were released by the State CET separately. Candidates belonging to reserved category must check and choose their college accordingly.
