The NEET 2024 cutoff was revised by NTA along with the re-revised scorecards on July 26, 2024. Compared to the NEET cutoff 2024 released along with the original results of NEET 2024, the cutoff scores were reduced by two marks for each category.
Compared to last year, the NEET 2024 Qualifying cutoff has increased for each category. Owing to a large number of toppers, the NEET 2024 cutoff is higher than last year. Due to this, the NEET cutoff 2024 for government MBBS colleges will also be higher. The NEET 2024 counselling results for the first three rounds have been released. The seat allotment result also indicated the NEET 2024 institute-wise cutoff for the first round.
While NTA released the NEET 2024 qualifying cutoff, the NEET 2024 cutoff for government colleges will be released by the counselling authorities after the conclusion of the NEET 2024 counselling. The NEET 2024 counselling process commenced on August 14, 2024. The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the counselling authority released the complete schedule and process. As of now, four rounds were conducted till November 5, 2024. Some states have conducted the last or fourth round of the NEET 2024 State Counselling process for the 85 per cent State Quota seats. The institute-wise NEET 2024 cutoff will be released by the counselling authorities or the participating institutes after the conclusion of the counselling process, or individual rounds.
