Before paying the CUET PG 2025 registration fee, the most important step in the CUET PG application form 2025 is uploading the CUET PG 2025 documents that are being requested by the exam authority on the web portal. The exam authority will not ask for any graduation or category certificates to be uploaded. However, candidates are required to upload the following documents:

Candidates are requested to upload scanned images of candidate Photograph and Signature in the below-specified format:
i. The recent photograph should be either in colour or black & white with 80% face (without mask) visible including ears against a white background.
ii. The scanned photograph and signature should be in JPG/JPEG format (clearly legible).
iii. The size of the scanned photograph should be between 10 kb to 200 kb (clearly legible).
iv. The size of the scanned signature should be between 4 kb to 30 kb (clearly legible)
[Note: The Candidate has to upload only his/her own photograph and signature as mentioned above (and not of anybody else) in a correct/proper manner.]

In case, it is found at any time in the future that the Candidate has used/uploaded the photograph and signature of someone else in his/her Application Form/Admit Card, or he/she has tampered his/her Admit Card/Result/Score Card, these acts of the candidate shall be treated as Unfair Means (UFM) Practices and he/she shall be subject to actions as contemplated under the provisions of the Information Bulletin relating to Unfair Means Practices.

Candidates have to follow the steps given below to apply for CUET PG 2025:

Step 1: Visit the Official website of CUET PG 2025 

While filling out the CUET PG 2025 application form, the first and foremost thing that the aspirants must keep in mind is knowing the official website of CUET PG 2025. The particular website will require a login for every step or piece of information, right from downloading the information brochure to getting the CUET PG 2025 results. NTA, the exam conducting authority, releases or announces any information regarding the exam on its official website.

Step 2: Registration Form

For registration, candidates need to fill in all the details asked on the portal including the candidate’s name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, nationality, identification type, present and permanent address, mobile no, e-mail id. Also, create a password for the account you are creating, and then enter the security pin and click on it to submit. Upon submitting, again check all the details filled and click on the check-in box of the details and then click on the final submit and click on the send otp tab.

Step 2: OTP Verification

After filling in the OTP sent on your registered mobile number you will receive a registration confirmation along with the application number. This application number will also be used/ referred for both sessions of CUET (PG) 2023. For subsequent logins, the candidate will be able to log in directly with the respective system-generated application number and password. Now candidates can proceed to the remaining steps of the application form.

Step 3: CUET PG Account Login

Now candidates can log in with the credentials created. To proceed with the filling of the CUET PG application form 2025, candidates must enter:

Step 3: Filling Out CUET PG 2025 Application Form

After adding the contact and personal details, the next step is updating the Aadhar card. Candidates can choose any one of the three options given here, click on the check-in box, fill in the security pin submit it, and move on to the next step, where they have to choose the subjects for which they want to take the exam and also select the two preferred exam centers. Fill in the family occupation, and security pin, and move to save and next. Now the candidates have to select the medium of the examination along with the university to which they want to apply. After filling in the details, enter the security pin, click save, and then click next. In the next step, education details are needed to be filled.

Step 5: Fee Payment

After completing Step 1 and Step 2, the candidates have to pay the requisite examination fee. The fee can be submitted only online through Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, and UPI Services. Processing charges and GST as applicable are chargeable to the candidate (in addition to the examination fee) by the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway Integrator.
The Confirmation Page of the online Application Form will be generated only after successful payment by the Candidate. In case the Confirmation Page is not generated after payment of the fee, then the candidate may have to approach the concerned Bank/Payment Gateway (in the helpline number and e-mail given in the Information Bulletin) to ensure the successful payment or to obtain the refund of duplicate/multiple payments.
