IISER had announced the IAT 2024 Counselling Round 3 Closing Rank List on August 7, 2024. Test takers who have successfully registered for the IAT 2024 counselling registration process can visit the official website ie., iiseradmission.in and check out the category-wise opening and closing ranks of IISER 2024 exam participating institutes.
IIT Mardas released the Round 11 opening and closing ranks for admissions to the 4 year BS degree programme offered. IISc Banglore also released the IAT 2024 cut-off for admissions to the four-year bachelor of science programme.
IISER Exam Cut-off 2024 marks are not released by the exam officials directly on the official website or in the test takers IISER 2024 rank card. The exam officials release the IAT 2024 category and participating institutes -wise closing ranks after the IISER 2024 counselling registration is done by the test takers.

Q: What are IISER marks vs rank?
IISER Marks vs Rank is generally the data interpreation of the candidates who had appeared in teh IAT 2024 examination. Here candidates will be able to know the expected AIR rank/ category rank that will achieve based on the marks scored by them in the IISER 2024 examination.
IAT 2024 candidates' ranks will be based on their combined scores from the four sections (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology). The exam comprises 60 questions with a total score of 240 marks.

If seats in preferred IISERs are filled, then the candidate will not be considered in further rounds of counselling. For example, if a candidate had given only two preferences as IISER-X and IISER-Y, and if the seats in these IISERs are filled, then the candidate will not be considered for seat allocation anymore. This process happens even if the student has not been allocated any seat in previous counselling rounds.

Q: What is the seat acceptance fee for BS degree offered at IIT Madras through IAT channel?
Selected candidates in the closing rank list prepared by IIT Madras for admissions to the BS degree programme, can accept the allocated seat by making the fee payement which is as follows:
- INR 17,500 for candidates with the category tag SC, ST, GENPwD, GEN-EWS-PwD, OBC-NCL-PwD, SC-PwD or STPwD (the fee includes INR 5,000 Nonrefundable administrative fee) and INR 35,000 for all other candidates (the fee includes INR 5,000
