JEST exam is conducted to shortlist aspirants for admission in Ph.D. or Integrated Ph.D. programmes in subjects like Physics, Theoretical Computer Science, Neuroscience, or Computational Biology. IIST, the examination conducting body for JEST released the JEST 2024 Application form for the session 2024-25 on January 5, 2024. As per the notice released on the official website, the application process can be done by January 24. The JEST 2024 exam will be conducted on March 3, 2024 in online mode.

Yes, you should be able to take the IIT JAM, JEST, and TIFR exams in 2027 if you graduated in August 2024, as long as you meet the eligibility criteria for each exam
