The exam authority, Maharashtra Agriculture Universities Examination Board (MAUEB) will conduct the counselling rounds of MCAER PG CET 2020 as per the counselling schedule and merit list. MCAER PG CET Counselling Process 2020
The counselling process of MCAER PG CET 2020 will be conducted in online mode on the basis of provisional merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of 70% weightage to scores obtained by the candidates in CET and 30% weightage for CGPA scores.Â
- In order to take part in the counselling round, aspirants need to submit their application online on the official website of CET.Â
- After this, a provisional seat allotment list will be displayed and, candidates will be allotted seats as per the preferences marked by them in the counselling form.Â
- To confirm seats, candidates will need to get their academic and other documents pertaining to eligibility verified. After this, proceed to pay the admission fee of their allotted colleges.Â
- There will be at least three rounds of MCAER PG CET counselling including institute-level round.
- After two rounds of MCAER CET counselling process are over, the authorities conduct an additional Sports admission round.

Documents required for MCAER PG CET Counselling
Candidates need to carry the below documents in original as well as photocopies of the same at the time of their counselling for MCAER admission:
- Domicile Certificate/School Leaving Certificate containing place of birth from Maharashtra/Birth Certificate issued by the competent authority from Maharashtra.
- Domicile certificate / Residential Certificate / Community, Nativity and Date of birth certificate from Other State Candidate.
- Mark sheet / Grade Card of the qualifying examination.
- College/ Institute Leaving/ Transfer Certificate (last attended)/ Bonafide certificate of the college where admission has already been taken.
- Caste Certificate issued by the competent authority designated in the State.
- Caste Validity Certificate or receipt of submission to Scheduled Tribe Caste Scrutiny committee with the undertaking as per mentioned in Appendix ‘C’ for Scheduled Tribe Candidates.
- Non Creamy Layer Certificate issued after April 1, 2020, or valid up to the date of submission of the application form.
- ‘No objection Certificate’ of the current academic year from the employer if employed.
- Self-Declaration letter in the prescribed format confirming the authenticity of the uploaded original copies.
