Candidates seeking admission to this course must visit the official website of the University to apply online. AMU B.P.Ed admission is based on candidates' performance in a Physical Fitness & Skill Test conducted by the department. The departmental test shall be held at the Aligarh campus only. The highest achievement certificate in sports from three previous academic sessions will also be considered for B.P.Ed admission at AMU.

Aligarh Muslim University offers a full-time BSc course at the undergraduate level. Candidates seeking admission to AMU for BSc must visit the official website of the University to apply online. AMU BSc admission is completely entrance-based. Depending upon the BSc specialisation chosen by a candidate, the admission is provided based on candidates' marks in either AMU Entrance Exam or CUET-UG. Based on the entrance exam scores, AMU will release a merit list of selected students. As a final step, selected students need to pay the admission fee to confirm their seats.

AMU offers MSc as a two-year postgraduate programme offered in the full-time mode. To be eligible to pursue MSc at AMU, candidates must have scored at least 55% in Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline. Hence, a candidate scoring less that 50% in their graduation degree is not eligible to apply for the programme. Such candidates can pursue MSc at some other college or university. Aligarh conducts its own entrance exam to select candidates for its MBA programme. Candidates interested in taking admission to the MBA programme at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) must take the AMU entrance exam for MBA admission and should try to perform well in it. Candidates based on their performance will be selected for admission to the MBA programme.

The minimum marks required for admission to AMU depends on the selected course. Generally, for all the UG courses the minimum requirement is that the candidate must have passed class 12 with a minimum 50% aggregate and for AMU PG courses admission, 50% in graduation is required.

For Aligarh Muslim University B.P.Ed admission, candidates must have passed a bachelor’s degree in any discipline with a minimum aggregate of 50% and have at least participation in the InterCollege/Inter-Zonal / District / School competition in sports and games as recognised by the AIU/ IOA / SGFI / Govt. of India. Students with a bachelor’s degree in Physical Education with 45% marks or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline with 45% marks and studied physical education as a compulsory elective subject are also eligible for AMU B.P.Ed admission. 

Yes, Aligarh Muslim University offers a four-year full-time BTech course at the undergraduate level. AMU offers BTech courses covering 10 specialisations. Admission to the AMU BTech course is completely entrance-based and depends' on candidates' performance in the Aligarh Muslim University Engineering Entrance Examination (AMUEEE), conducted by the University. Based on the AMUEEE entrance test scores, a merit list will be prepared for further admission process. Selected candidates need to appear for a counselling round. 

Admission to AMU for a BA is subject to the fulfilment of a specified set of eligibility criteria. Applicants must meet any one of the following criteria to be eligible to take admission to the said course:

• Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination or an equivalent Examination with not less than 50% marks in aggregate

• Degree/Sanad from a recognised Madarsa/Institution with at least 50%

No, Aligarh Muslim University's BTech admissions are entrance-based. Candidates seeking admision to the BTech programme of the university must appear for the AMUEEE, the entrance exam conducted by the university. Interested candidates can apply for the exam through the official website of the university. They must also register for the AMUEEE counselling after the release of AMUEEE results.

AMU has a pre-defined set of eligiblity criteria for admission to the various BSc specialisations that it provides. The eligibility crietra vary across the specialisations. In general, a candidate must have scored a minimum of 50% in Class 12 with relevant Science subjects to be eligible for BSc admission at AMU. The relevant subjects may vary depending upon the choice of specialisation. Further, candidates must not be more than 24 years old as of July 01 in the year of admission.

No, AMU does not accept CUET scores for admission to the BA LLB course. The University conducts its own admission test. The registration process for AMU entrance exam 2024 is expected to start in the second week of February 2024.
