AUCET 2021 application form has not been released yet. However, the online form is expected to be released in August 2021 on the official website of Andhra University. The last date of submitting the AUCET application form is expected to be available till the fourth week of August 2021. Candidates are advised to check the eligibility criteria before applying.

 Applicants are advised to submit their respective application forms before the last date. Incomplete application forms submitted by applicants will be subject to clearance. For candidates who wish to apply for the AUCET 2021 entrance exam, here’s a step by step process on how to fill the AUCET application form.

How to fill AUCET 2021 application form?

Step 1: Registration

Candidates will have to visit the official website of the AUCET website. Once the applicant has landed on the home page, a ‘registration’ link will appear. After clicking on the link, applicants have to fill up the details. Once completed, click on the ‘register and proceed’ button. Details to be filled on the application form are:

  • Group Subject: In this section, candidates need to select the group subject for which they are applying. It may be noted that in case a candidate is unable to find his/ her respective Group Subject in the list, he/ she can fill the subject Request form by clicking on the ‘click here’ button. The form allows a candidate to enter his/her required Group Subjects. After filling the form, candidates need to click on the submit button. Thereafter, the Directorate of Admissions checks with the candidate’s requested Group Subjects. They also send an alert to the candidate’s mobile/ email about the status of his/her requested Group subjects. If a candidate’s request gets accepted, he/ she can then fill the application form.
  • Personal details: Candidates need to put their personal details like name, father’s name, mother’s name, date of birth, gender, religion, reservation category, etc.
  • Address: Candidates need to put their complete address along with their mobile number. The official website informs, “Please provide a valid mobile number because you will get an SMS with a security code”. Candidates need to enter the security code in the space provided in the form. If the mobile number gets verified, it will be displayed on the screen.
  • Aadhaar number: In this section, candidates need to enter their Aadhar card number. However, it may be noted that this section is optional and can be filled by candidates who wish to get a scholarship from AP Social Welfare Department. Thereafter, candidates need to click the Register & proceed button.
  • Upload photograph & signature: Next, candidates need to upload their scanned passport size photograph (in JPEG format of maximum 150 KB size) and scanned signature (maximum size should be 150 KB). It may be noted that the signature should be in an area of 2” X 1” on paper with a black ballpoint pen.
  • Test centre: Here, candidates need to select the exam centre where they wish to give the paper.
  • Academic qualifications: Candidates need to enter education details starting from Class IX to the third year of college. Details to be filled in include the name of the school/ college, year of completion, course, and district from where the candidate has passed the exam.
  • Declaration: Finally, candidates need to click on the I Accept the Terms & Conditions checkbox present in the declaration box and click the Preview button. On clicking the button, the preview of the complete application form appears on the screen. If candidates need to make some changes in the form, they can go back and edit. Else, they can click the Save & Print button.

AUCET Application Fee

Step 2: Payment of application fee

Once the candidate has filled the AUCET application form, applicants will need to pay the application fee. Candidates can make the online payment of the application fee by clicking on the ‘Proceed to Pay Online button’ present on the screen. On clicking the button, a new page opens in which candidates can make the payment through debit/ credit card or internet banking. Candidates can also pay the application fee in offline mode through SBI/ Andhra bank Challan.

Step 3: Print AUCET Application Form

After successful payment of the application fee, candidates receive an SMS on their registered mobile number and also get an email on their registered email ID with complete application details. Candidates need to take a printout of the completed application form by using their application number and date of birth and keep it for future reference.

A. No. The 2021 AUCET application forms will only be available in online mode. The candidate can register and apply from the official website of Andhra University.

Q. Can a candidate make changes after the application is received by the University?

A. No, any change whatsoever, including that of community/ caste status or category, will not be permitted in the filled-in application once it is received by the University. This facility is only available in the form correction window during the specified date slab. 

Q. Does a candidate needs to apply separately for admission into Andhra University Constituent Colleges and Colleges affiliated to Andhra University?

A. No, the candidate need not apply again for the admissions.

Q. At the time of registration, can a candidate select multiple exam centres if appearing for more than one exam?

A. Yes, candidates applying for more than one exam, but it is advised to opt for the same Center as there is a likelihood of a clash of dates and timings. The requests for change of Test centre and subject opted by the candidate in the application form will not be considered under any circumstances.
