The Delhi University Entrance exam pattern will be in MCQs (multiple-choice questions). There will be four choices for each question in the entrance exam. There is negative marking as well, so students have to be careful and should know which answer they are dotting correctly on the OMR sheet. Also, for every correct answer you will earn 4 marks. CUET UG 2023 provides a number of Languages/Subjects/General Test including most of the subjects/languages offered by most of the Universities. Aspirants are required to select Aspirants need to choose the test he is required to appear in, as needed for admission to the desired course in the desired University. CUET UG 2023 will have the following three Sections: Section IA - 13 Languages Section IB - 20 Languages Section II - 27 Domain specific Subjects Section III - General Test.

The marking scheme of DU CUET UG has been released by NTA at the official website of the exam. Candidates can check the below space to know about the detailed DU CUET UG 2023 marking scheme. i. Correct answer or the most appropriate answer: Five marks (+5) ii. Any incorrect option marked will be given minus one mark (-1). iii. Unanswered/Marked for Review will be given no mark (0). iv. If more than one option is found to be correct, then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to only. v. Those who have marked any of the correct options. vi. If all options are found to be correct, then Five marks (+5) will be awarded to all those who have attempted the question. vii. If None of the options is found correct or a question is found to be wrong or a question is dropped, then all candidates who have attempted the dropped question will be given five marks (+5) marks.

The medium of DUET exam is English only. But, the language courses may have an exception. Meanwhile, DU CUET UG 2023 exam will also be held other languages such as Assamese, Bengali, English Gujarati, Hindi Kannada, Malayalam, Marathi, Punjabi, Odia, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu. However, the selection of medium will be restricted to particular States/UTs. Section IA and IB will be of languages. Candidates can check here elaborate features of the DU CUET UG structure of both the sections. Section IA - There are as many 13 different languages options for the candidates appearing in DU CUET UG exam. Candidates will be required to select any of these languages. Section IB - There are as many as 20 languages for the candidates appearing in DU CUET UG exam. Candidates will be required to select any of these languages for the exam.

The section III of DU CUET UG exam will have input text for MCQ based questions. Apart from it, there will be questions from, General Knowledge, Current Affairs General Mental Ability, Numerical Ability, Quantitative Reasoning (Simple application of basic mathematical concepts arithmetic/algebra geometry/mensuration/s tat taught till Grade 8, Logical and Analytical Reasoning.

There are 27 domains specific subjects being offered under this section. A candidate may choose any subject as desired by the applicable University/Universities. 40 questions are to be attempted out of 50. For Subjects of Accountancy, Physics Economics, Computer Science / Informative Practices and Mathematics / Applied Mathematics, Chemistry candidates will be given 60 minutes. For other subjects / languages, 45 minutes will be given.

Understand the principles of financial management, financial decision-making, and techniques used in financial analysis. Business Communication: Develop strong communication skills, including written and verbal communication, business correspondence, report writing, and presentation skills. Practice effective communication in business contexts and understand the nuances of professional communication. General Awareness: Stay updated with current affairs, business news, and general knowledge related to economics, finance, and business. Read newspapers, magazines, and online resources to stay informed about the latest developments in the business world. As for managing time, with only one month left for the exam, it's important to create a study plan and stick to it. Allocate specific time slots for each subject or topic based on their importance and your proficiency level. Prioritize your weak areas and focus on them first. Practice solving previous year question papers and take mock tests to evaluate your preparation level and identify areas that need improvement. Here are some tips for effective time management: Create a daily and weekly study schedule to cover all the subjects/topics systematically. As the official notification and schedule is yet to be released, so as of now, the pattern is expected to remain the same as that of last year. In the previous academic session of DUET the exam was held in LAN Based CBT (Computer Based Test) mode. The DUET exam which is conducted for Ph.D. courses was of total 2 hours. Questions in the DUET exam was mainly objective type Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs). Candidates were supposed to select an answer from the given four options for the question.

Total Questions Asked-100 Total Marks-400 Type of Questions-Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) Negative Marking- Yes (1 mark for every wrong answer) Marks for Correct Answer- 4 marks.

In the section IA and IB of DU CUET UG exam, language will be tested through Reading Comprehension based on different types of passages - Factual, Literary and Narrative, (Literary Aptitude and Vocabulary). Meanwhile in Section II of DU CUET UG exam, input text can be used for MCQ Based Questions. Along with it, MCQs based on NCERT Class 12 syllabus only will be asked.
