The last date for the GATE 2024 registration was October 20 with late fees. The last date for GATE 2024 registration without late fees was October 12. GATE 2024 application form was available online on the IISc Bangalore official website. GATE 2024 registration link is gate2024.iisc.ac.in. The registration window opened on August 30, 2023. The cutoff is released for every counselling round. As per the data collected from external sources, for M.Tech CSE in IIIT Delhi, candidates with a GATE score of above 60 and for ECE, a score above 65 shall be good enough to get selected. Yes, admission to a MTech course is IIIT Delhi is accepted without GATE score. However, it depends upon the chosen specialisation. GATE score is mandatory for the MTech CB course admission. However, admission to MTech CSE and ECE programmes is done based on merit in GATE, plus PGCAT-IIITD exam scores are also accepted. Additionally, for the MTech CB (DBT seats) admission, the selection is done based on GAT-B score.

IIIT Delhi MTech course fee includes multiple fee components such as tuition fee, hostel charges (if applicable), security deposit, alumni fee, etc. The total tuition fee for MTech ranges between INR 3.7 lakh and INR 6 lakh. This given fee range is inclusive of fees for all the MTech specialisations. It must be taken into account that the mentioned fee is as per the official website/sanctioning body. The aspirants who fulfil the course-specific eligibility requirements can register and apply for admission. Yes, IIIT Delhi offers MTech across different specialisations. The two-year course is divided into four semesters. All the courses are credit-based programmes. Admission to the courses is entrance-based followed by an interview round. The accepted entrance examinations are GATE, PGCAT-IIITD, and GAT-B. IIITD offer MTech courses in the streams of Computer Science & Engineering, Computational Biology, and Electronics and Communications Engineering.

IIIT Delhi admit candidates to a few courses without any entrance examination. For example, the institute admits candidates to the BTech CSSS programme based on their performance in Class 12 or an equivalent examination.
