IIT Delhi Reviews on Placements, Faculty & Facilities ,Hauz khas

Placements: I'm pursuing a BTech in mechanical engineering. The placements are decent. It is not necessary for us to choose only a particular field. Approximately 75% of people were placed last year. The highest package goes in crores, and the lowest being 7 lakhs. HUL, ITCC, and JLR are the top recruiting companies.

Placements: Around 73% of students were placed last year. The highest package is around 3 CR and the lower is 10 LPA. NTPL and oil companies are recruiting from my course. In my course, the top roles are offered in the oil industry management department and many more in companies like Bharat Petroleum.

Placements: Companies like Microsoft, MacKenzie, Jane Street, Apple, Samsung, Amazon, Infosys, and many other large companies hire people from my college. Last year, 87 people secured packages of 1 crore or more. The average package was around 24 lakhs for on-campus placements and 50 lakhs for overall placements.

Placements: The placement at our college is excellent, with highest package going up 4 crore and median and average package around 20 lakhs. Top roles offered are software engineer, associate consultant, etc. Top recruiters are BCG, Google, Adobe, Jane street, Microsoft, etc.

Placements: Placements at IIT Delhi are crazy. More than 80% are placed every year with an average package of 20-25 lakhs per annum. Placements are not restricted to core fields only. Companies like McKinsey, Deloitte, and Accenture also take up students irrespective of their branches.

Placements: The lowest package is around 8 LPA, and the highest package for the MSc Chemistry course is around 24 LPA. The average package is around 14 LPA. Mainly Ed Tech companies are the top recruiters here, including Physics Wallah, Allen, Fiitjee, etc. Both industrial and EdTech companies come, and on average, 65% got selected for internships. Both foreign and domestic internships are available for the students.

Placements: Around 95-100% of students got placed in our course. It is a very good placement rate. The highest salary package offered is 1.6 CPA. It is offered by Quant Group. Around 80% of students from our course got internships, in which one internship is in Quant Group.

Placements: The placement scenario for M.Tech at IIT Delhi was quite promising, with around 88-93% of students from my batch getting placed. The highest being ₹20 LPA, while the average package stood at ₹8-9 LPA. Major recruiters include SECI (Solar Energy Corporation of India), JP Morgan, Air India, and companies represented by core engineering firms like Tata Power, L&T, Siemens, among many others.

Placements: We have a separate department for it that trains students, brings companies for placement and internships, and a lot more. Normally, people get a lot of placements here; many people get crore placements, and internships go for more than 20 to 30 lakhs, no matter. The culture here is also great for coding.

Placements: Almost all the students who sat in placement got placed last year, with the top recruiter being Jane Street, which offered packages in crores. Average package was also very good and was approximately 17-20 L, while the lowest package was near 10 L. Top roles offered were coding, consultancy, and core.

Placements: IITD is known for its placements. Last year, more than 80% of the students who appeared for job interviews got placed in all sorts of companies, including tech, consultancy, and core sectors. The highest package was in crores, offered by Jane Street, while the average package was approximately 17-18 lakhs.

Placements: Around 85-95% of students are placed in various courses at IIT Delhi, with top branches like Computer Science often seeing nearly 100% placement. Highest package typically exceeds 1.5 crore per annum for top-performing students, especially in Computer Science. Lowest package is usually around 6-10 lakh per annum, depending on the branch. Average package is generally falls between 15-25 lakh per annum, varying by department. Major recruiters include companies like Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Intel...

Placements: This year, nearly 88% of students got placed in our course. The highest salary package offered was 1.35 crores per annum, and the lowest salary package offered was 7 LPA. Average salary package offered was 14 LPA. Top recruiting companies were Amazon, Flipkart, and Jaguar. Nearly all the students get internships in tech-based companies like Ola, Uber, Zomato, and Swiggy. Top roles offered were software development engineer (SDE) and consulting manager.

Placements: Our college has excellent placement stats with about 85-90% of students placed. The highest salary package offered was around 45 LPA - 50 LPA, and the lowest is around 8 LPA - 10 LPA. The average salary package offered is typically 12 LPA - 15 LPA. Top recruiters include Tata, Reliance, L&T, and Mahindra. About 70% of the students secured internships with roles in companies like GE, Airbus, and Maruti. Roles offered include design engineer, R&D, and project manager.

Placements: IITD is the best in terms of placement, with the highest package going up to even 4 crore by Jane Street and other quant companies. Even the average package here is good, as core companies offer at least 15 LPA to students. Almost all students end up getting placed here, even if they just maintain the basic CGPA criteria of 7.

Placements: This year, the placements opened for the first time as this branch was introduced 4 years ago, and the placements are exceeding the institute average. Some students even have PPOs and offer letters, and some 3rd-year students are also getting a lot of internships.

Placements: Around 80 percent of people who sit for placements get placed. The highest package was around 3 crores in a quant-based company, while the lowest was around 10 lakhs. The average package is around 15 lakhs. Top companies that come for recruitment include Microsoft, Google, Amazon, and Texas Instruments. Around 50 percent get internships on campus. Top roles offered are in teaching, digital design engineering, and analytics.

Placements: In my course, around 50 percent of students were placed in great companies. The highest package was around 2 crores, and the lowest was around 30 lakhs. Top companies included Jaguar, among others. However, placements are not the only career path that people choose here; some students prefer to become social servants.

Placements: The placements are good in circuit branches but the placements for all other branches are not that good. The top recruiting companies are Reliance, Honeywell, etc. Some students also go for government jobs or for higher studies after this.

Placements: 80% of the students from the textile department were placed, which made up an AVG package of 19LPA but no one was placed in the core sector. All the students were placed in the teaching sector. Amazon and Goldman Sachs were the top recruiters. The highest package from textiles was 31 LPA.
