It is a great university, with good faculty, great campus and facilities compared to the fee.
Placements: Around 20% of students in my course got placed. It is totally upon the students whether or not they want to appear and apply for a particular company's interview. We have a separate WhatsApp group for placements. We received various offers from various renowned and even startup companies. In each offering, there was clear information about the package and eligibility criteria. My friend got placed in HDFC Bank with a package of 4.5 LPA. The highest package offered in my course is 6 LPA, while the lowest package was 2 LPA. Moreover, the average package was around 3 LPA. The top role offered is HR in HDFC Bank.
Infrastructure: Everything is good over here. Wi-Fi is very good, and each student gets 20GB of data every month on their student ID. The classrooms were average, but the computer lab was good. Most importantly, the hostels are very good, as they only charge 4,000 per year. The facilities you get for the fee are just outstanding. The central library is very big, and there are many big reading halls with AC. Each hostel has a reading hall, which is very useful for students to study. There are many small outlets for common food items, and besides, the campus has a central canteen which gives you food at a very affordable price. Medical facilities are good. I have taken consultation from a doctor who sits in the medical building. There's a very big sports complex and stadium inside the university which has everything you could ask for. There are gyms in the hostels, and another gym is available inside the sports complex.
Faculty: The teachers are very good. They give their best to teach you everything and make you ready for exams. Semester exams are really tough. The classes are held every day, and each teacher is very helpful. If you want to discuss or clear your doubts, then you can easily go to teachers, and they will definitely help you. The course curriculum is relevant and makes you ready for the industry.
Other: This university is really very affordable. It's totally value for money. It's so affordable that any student who has bad financial conditions can study here as there are many scholarships. You will get help in your finances if you genuinely belong to a low-income family and are good at studies.

One will gain great experience from this course and it is preferred to study.
Placements: The college offers very good placements but it depends on the course. Many companies like Microsoft, Cognizant, TCS, Wipro are the top companies that visit our college for placements. Almost 85% of students got campus placed. The highest salary package offered is about 12 LPA, the average salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.3 LPA. Business Analyst is the top role offered.
Infrastructure: Hostel seats are limited in our college but have a good environment. The campus is fully Wi-Fi connected and every department has its own internet connection. The labs and classrooms are fully equipped. The mess provides very tasty food.
Faculty: Faculty members of our college are very helpful and all the teachers hold Ph.D. The quality of education is very good. The curriculum is very relevant to the subject. It also prepares students for the industry. The semester exams are average. The questions are asked from what was taught in the class.
Other: It is a central university valued for money.

Good only for academic life, no college life.
Placements: There are no campus placements available for this course. Mostly, people go for higher education, commonly for MCA, and then secure good placements from campus. Some students manage to grab placements through their own contacts, but the number is very low—out of 45, there may be only 1 or 2.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the hostel is good. They offer three meals a day, including non-veg options for the students. Well-equipped gyms are available for students. A neat and clean reading hall is available, but they do not provide washing machines, which I think are necessary. Classrooms are average; the infrastructure is old but looks beautiful. The fans usually do not work properly, but it's justifiable for the fee they charge.
Faculty: The faculty in my course is not that good. Although the curriculum is up to date, the exams are tough, with more than half the class failing at least one subject. This is because teachers only prefer answers from their notes. I have heard they will provide more experienced faculty starting in the third year; I am in my first year now.
Other: There are no cultural events that should be there for personality development, and there is no guidance for careers. They only focus on academics, which I think is not good for the university.

Review of Jamia Millia Islamia [JMI].
Placements: There is no placement in JMI of B.Sc. Hons applied maths as students usually go for masters and government exams. While there are student placement coordinators who guide for off-campus placements and they are also supportive in providing information about various internships. Internships that students go for are social media manager, graphic designer, HR intern, etc.
Infrastructure: In JMI the building of the department of mathematics is quite beautiful and it is opposite the statue of Mirza Ghalib and the building is surrounded by beautiful gardens. Labs are fine and I will rate it 4 out of 5, and the batch size of our class is 40, and for that our classroom is quite big. Library is open for every student where one can find every single type of book. The quality of food served is average but the price is economical like for 1-time meal we just need to spend Rs. 30. In JMI NSS and NCC is also available which does a lot of outdoor activities like horse riding, camping, cycling, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are well qualified and with experience of more than 5 years, they make the difficult concepts simpler. They are friendly too and they will solve your query no matter how silly it may look. The only demerit is that teachers are not too sincere to take the class regularly and they are always in a hurry to finish the syllabus as early as possible. The course consists of coding, web designing, data structure, etc., which is required in every industry. The semester exams are of moderate level, and students who are regular in class can score a good CGPA easily.
Other: College life is good and there are various clubs and societies which make college life interesting and help students in building their network. I chose this course because I was interested in mathematics and coding and this course fulfills both. In JMI various scholarship schemes help the economically weaker students financially. It would be better if our course provides us the placement opportunity by inviting the companies.

Get admission in this college. It's a good value for money.
Placements: Our curriculum has placed over 150 students. In our batch, the first best 25% of the students got the best placement offers, the next 15% got the average package and the next 10% got the least package offer. The companies give internships to 25% of students. APTRON and YATRA there are two major companies. It's very helpful for students to get internship training to build their good careers.
Infrastructure: The library, labs and Wi-Fi are some of the good facilities provided in the college. Hostel food is very good and cleanliness is also maintained very well. In the canteen, all kinds of food are available. We get a good supply of electricity for 24 hours and free Wi-Fi which is good for our studies.
Faculty: Here, the teachers are very good and they are very knowledgeable. Here the exams are very difficult and the pass percentage is 35%. There are many graduate teachers in this college. It's very helpful for students. Exams are conducted 2 times in one year.
Other: I have passed my B.Sc. Maths in 3 years. I like Maths so I have chosen to do B.Sc. in Maths. Every year, there are many events and competitions with lots of participating students conducted here. 100% of scholarships are offered here as well.
