Placements: More than 90% of CSE students are placed in the previous year. The average salary package offered is 10.5 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 42 LPA for ECE. The lowest salary package offered is 8-9 LPA. Big companies like Amazon, HCL, Flipcart, Paytm, Samsung, Oracle, Infosys, and many others visit our campus to hire students for placements.

Placements: Placements in our college are decent for computer science and electronics. Certain good package offering companies include Codenation, Amazon, Siemens, Arcesium, etc. Apart from these, Paytm, Publicizes Sapients, Infosys, Wipro, Samsung, Infoedge, etc., also hires a good number of students. The highest salary package offered here was 40 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The average salary package offered was 10 LPA.

Placements: The placements in all major branches are good, but it is exceptional in CSE and IT. 2 years ago, 1.2 Crores was the highest package offered to a CSE dual degree student. The placement percentage of ECE is good. The core placements for mechanical and electrical branches are average and mostly depends on the individual's knowledge in core subjects. Maruti Suzuki, Wipro, L&T, TCS, Infosys and all the major companies come here for placements.

Placements: The mathematics and computing branch was introduced this year only, so none of the batches was passed out. From the computer science branch, this year, around 95% of the students were placed. Placements: Only 11 students are there, but most of them opt for higher education. So, there are campus placements. Some of the recruiters came for the field of sales and construction, but that is irrelevant to the water resource department. So, it is not advisable if you are looking for placements.

Placements: Every year, about 30-40% of the students got placed from our branch, and the rest of the students prepare for civil services or other engineering exams. Placements: In our college computer science and engineering students get average package of 10 lacs and maximum package of 84 lacs and our college placed on mountains so many companies not able to reach us so our college students prefer off-campus placements, maximum students placed in intel and samsung.

In the previous year, about 6 students were selected for internships in G-Soc.

Placements: Almost all the students were placed with an average package of 8-10 LPA. The highest package offered was 25 LPA and the lowest was around 4-5 LPA offered by mass recruiters. Internships were offered by Wipro. The top roles offered were web and app developers.

Placements: Training and placement department is very good. Above 60% students get placed every year. Average placement package of whole college is around 6 LPA. Last year the highest package was offered 1.2 crore to CSE dual student, 80 lacs to CSE student, 35 lacs to mechanical student and 10 lacs to chemical student.

Placements: Placements are good for non-core branches like Computer Science and Electronics and communication engineering. Though core branches like Electrical and Mechanical has a good record too, in campus placements, but it depends only upon the students own will and efforts in college. Overall I would say it's good to have in NIT Hamirpur, if you're opting for top 5 branches.
