Frequently Asked Questions

Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

The college is not very good to get an education.
Placements: Placements in our college are not 100%, but with the help of our TPO of college, we can get various placement opportunity. Almost 70% of the students were placed in our college. The salary offered for the placed student was Rs. 10,000-15,000 per month. There is no placement cell. Students only find a job opportunity.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. There are a canteen, gym and many things available in college. The college has its ground, and grade area which looks good. There is a seminar hall where a regularly good seminar and education lecture are held.
Faculty: Teachers are not well in teaching. They don't even complete the syllabus. They teach but not how you want. They just complaint and do nothing. They are helpful in everything but are not good at teaching.

I am not satisfied with the placements.
Placements: There are no placements for civil or any other branch except computer science. Companies do conduct interviews for the students of other branches, but those students don't get placed. Students who got placed were offered the highest package of 4-5 LPA, and the lowest package offered was about 2.5-4 LPA. About 10-20% of the students were placed. There is a placement cell in our college, but it is only useful for computer science students.
Infrastructure: The campus is spread over 11 acres. It has a beautiful infrastructure. Canteens are available on the ground floor. There are four to five classrooms, each having a capacity of accommodating 100 students. The college has a gym and indoor games like carrom, chess etc.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified, knowledgeable and helpful to students. Teaching quality is good. Practical and digital methods are used to teach students. The faculty-student ratio is 1:60 per subject. Industrial visits are organised for students. Last year, we were taken to Eastern Express Highway to learn transportation engineering in practical. This year, we were taken to MIDC to see the water treatment plant.

The infrastructure of our college is good, but the education provided is not much good.
Placements: Placements in our college are not much good. Hardly, a few companies visit the college to offer placements. It completely depends on the efforts of our college. Only 15-20% of the students were placed from our batch. The salary offered to them was Rs. 10,000-12,000 per month. The roles of junior engineer or supervisor were offered to the students.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of our college is good. Our college has well-furnished classrooms and computer labs along with very good Wi-Fi connectivity. The college has a very good library with ample amount of books. The canteen is not much good, so it is better for the students to prefer to bring food from home than opting for canteen food.
Faculty: The course curriculum is average. Faculty members in our college are decent enough. There are very few faculty members with in-depth knowledge about the subject. They are not very concerned about the completion of the syllabus, so you have to rely on tuitions to gain core knowledge.
Other: Only 1-2 events such as an annual day are organised in the college.

This college is not good.
Placements: There are no placements in this college. There are no internships and industrial training is also not provided.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is not good in this college. In the laboratory, equipment is not available, and there is no computer for practicals like C programming and AutoCAD.
Faculty: Some faculty members are good, but some new teachers have no experience. Good teachers resigned already, and others do not have the proper experience. They are not knowledgeable. They also do not have a timetable for exams, and some teachers are very rude.
Other: There are only 28 students in our branch, but all students are good at studies. In the corona period, basic knowledge is null, and faculty members are not good because their teaching quality is not good.
