BMSIT- the emerging college of Bangalore .

Placements: Placements are good. Top companies in Bangalore come for placements on campus. The highest package goes up to 48 LPA. Average being 8–9 LPA. Decent internships are provided to students by the college itself. 100% of students get internships. About 98% of people get placement offers.

Infrastructure: The campus is fully equipped with Wi-Fi and state-of-the-art infrastructure. The hostel is clean and good rooms are provided in the hostel. The library has a variety of books and all journals are available in it. The classrooms are good, with decent infrastructure and excellent ventilation. The only drawback is the sports facility. The mess food is excellent, with a different menu every day. The canteen is reasonable.

Faculty: Yes, teachers are the best. All hold Ph.D. degrees. They are helpful and the teaching pedagogy is excellent. As it is autonomous now, the course curriculum is up-to-date. End semesters are quite easy in college. 8+ CGPA can be maintained easily. Almost every student passes through the college.

Other: I chose this course because of the good placements and the good reputation of the college in South Korea.

Not satisfied by the quality of faculty in the ISE department.

Placements: The placement here is actually not up to par. There are a number of good companies that visit the campus but the placement department gives opportunities to the students who already have huge packages at hand. They don't even bother to train the least-placed students. No referrals are also given by the placement dean.

Infrastructure: The infrastructure is actually good, with a green campus but no proper Wi-Fi connectivity. Only in some places does the Wi-Fi work. The labs are also well-equipped and have a nice ambiance to work in. The classrooms are huge and can accommodate 70 to 80 students at a time.

Faculty: The teachers are useless there; they purposely cut marks and load us with assignments, and if submitted late, they straight away cut marks without mercy. They do not help with projects; they are there only to check reports and make the students spend thousands of rupees. The ISE depth HoD MS Sudhamani is bad in our college. She has more attitude than the Gen Z students.

Other: I got a government scholarship because I was in the SC category. Sometimes the campus is too crowded, sometimes not but the canteen is always crowded. It looks like a fish market during lunch.

Placements: BMS Institute of Technology and Management (BMSIT) in Bangalore is known for its strong placement record among tier-3 colleges. Companies like Samsung, Amazon, and Dell are among the top recruiters. Placement training is started early to give students ample time to prepare.

Infrastructure: The college provides facilities like a library, canteen, and research opportunities for students. The college infrastructure is quite good with spacious and well-lit classrooms. Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved. Hostel facilities are also provided.

Faculty: Most of the faculty members hold PhDs and are knowledgeable in their respective subjects. The faculty uses a variety of teaching methods to make the learning process interesting. The faculty is supportive and always ready to help students, but the syllabus is not good.

Very good placement and campus life.

Placements: Around 95% of students from the ISE branch took this course. The highest package is around INR 25–30 LPA in ISE, the lowest package is around INR 4-5 LPA, and the average package is around INR 8–9 LPA. The top recruiting companies are PhonePe, Amazon, TCS, Cognizant, Samsung, JP Morgan, and many more. The internship percentage is very good at our college. Companies like Microsoft and Google provide internships. The top roles in our branch include software tester, software developer, SDE, etc.

Infrastructure: Facilities and infrastructure are quite good at our college. Labs are well equipped with high-end computers. All the benches and seats are well furnished. The quality of the food in the canteen is also good. A medical facility is there at our college. Sports are major achievements at our college.

Faculty: Teachers are very helpful in information science and engineering. They will help us in every aspect, either in studies or extra things; they are always cooperative with us. The curriculum is well versed in placements, and the secondary exams are moderate-level only.

Other: The ISE branch is top-notch in terms of placements and internships, which is the main reason I chose this college. Fests and events are cheerful at our college.

It is a nice place to spend 4 years and get a decent salary package.

Placements: Placements are good. We have a placement training session once a week, which is great for decent placements. Internships are compulsory in this college.

Infrastructure: One cannot easily get the hostels and the campus area is not big. Overall, the infrastructure is average. Free Wi-Fi is available. There is a great library in this college. Laboratories are better. Food court and canteen are available in this college. The food quality is good.

Faculty: Faculty members are good. The course curriculum is relevant. Semester exams are hard. One cannot pass without studying properly. All teachers are Ph.D. scholars. Three internal exams are conducted in this college.

Other: Our college provides good education. Our campus life is excellent. Sports are average in this college.
