Life At CIT, its pros, and cons, placement for Chemical Engineering course and facilities.
Placements: Because of the Covid pandemic, only a few core companies were willing to take Employees, thus the number of students placed in the core was only 7 to 8, and the total number of students placed was an average of 30 students out of 63 according to on-campus placements in Chemical Engineering Department.
Infrastructure: Your stay, food, extra activities like sports, and clubs are well comfortable, hygienic, and active with everything available inside the campus itself. There is no partiality and ragging. The Hostel life is the best, compared to boys hostel, girls hostel is strict which most parents want for their Daughters. Food is good, both boys and girls have the same rules based on the hostel, just a little variation nothing much. Classrooms are good, with separate writing chairs, each department has its Multi Media room, also 2 to 3 projectors also available for each Department. The labs particularly Chemical Engineering labs are well maintained, and safety is quite good with standards, rules, and regulations. There are no notes, given by our Professors. A separate library building is there, you can get any type of books for subjects as well as higher studies and future references. Story books, gk books, UPSC, and other exam books are also available with computer-based searching options. The atmosphere is pleasant.
Faculty: If you study Chemical Engineering with all your interest, it will gain you what you want the most in the right way, but only if you have an interest in the syllabus and subjects. The faculty members are totally helpful and full of information inside them, exams are average in difficulty level, again I am telling, be serious on subjects and try to study with what you understand.
Other: Scholarships are available for particular castes according to their marks and income level. I would like to mention that our College Alumni association takes the responsibility for the college fees for those who have a low level of income and other problems studying. The amount depends on the marks.

Review of Coimbatore institute of technology.
Placements: The quality of placements is very great. Most of the students get placed. The placement process is supportive. The highest salary package offered in the year 2021 was around 45LPA. The average salary to be assumed is around 5LPA. Placement courses will be conducted.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is good. College is equipped with all the facilities and equipment one needs. Coimbatore institute of technology is one of the greenest campuses in India. So one can barely see litter on campus grounds and pathways. Almost all the facilities are well maintained.
Faculty: The education quality is high and makes us ready for placements. It is a really good engineering college and the curriculum prepares you for placement exams as well as for exams like GATE GRE and CAT. It cost 1 LPA which might be a bit expensive but it's worth it.
