Review of Dayal Singh College, Delhi University.
Placements: College placement is not that good. But I would rate it average. About 39 to 40% students get placed every year. The highest package is 21 Lacs per annum, and the lowest is 7 to 8 Lacs per annum. Top recruiting companies are Zomato, Swiggy, and Amazon. About 70% of students got internships from my course in tech companies such as HR Manager. Roles offered in Amazon are language translator, manager, and specialists.
Infrastructure: There is no hostel in Dayal Singh College. But there is a canteen, and it provides good, healthy food to students. I don't know about the medical facility, but the sports facility is very nice. Our college has a common cricket and football ground and separate grounds for volleyball, basketball, kabaddi, etc.
Faculty: Teachers are very helpful, and they all have done Ph.D. in their respective departments. They are highly qualified and very experienced. The semester exams' difficulty level is not too high. Medium-type questions come in the exam. But for 12 marks, you need to write about 5 to 6 pages and make a diagram to get full marks.
Other: I chose this course because it is a demanding subject for UPSC. They just need to modify or paint the building. Events are organized here every year in February or March. There is a good auditorium for events. Metro JLN Stadium shares a wall boundary with the college.

Career growth is very good here, supportive environment, and great campus.
Placements: Dyal Singh College is known for its academic excellence, providing many different courses. It has a placement cell, which organizes many placement drives. Companies that come for recruitment are Tata Consultancy Services, Wipro, Genpact, Deloitte, EY, etc. In field of geography, there are a variety of career and job opportunities.
Infrastructure: Very modern infrastructure is there. All facilities are provided, including a library, lab canteen, and big classrooms. All kinds of sports facilities are also provided, and food is good and pocket-friendly. Dyal Singh does not provide hostel facilities, but in nearby areas there are many accommodations.
Faculty: Faculty have good experience and are highly qualified, and teachers have good friendly and supportive relations with students. A written exam is conducted, including projects, work and presentations. A practical course, especially a geography course, gives a deep understanding of all theories.
Other: Good placements, and the very famous college of Delhi University.

Satisfied with the faculty and college societies. The teachers are good and helpful.
Placements: There is no placement in our course as such except for some private as well as government internships. We also have to prepare for CUET PG exam and start struggling to get job as a professor, which is very difficult as there is very few vacancy left for permanent professors or we have only one option left to prepare for government jobs like UPSC, SSC, BPSC, etc. We get only internships in content writing or poster making; that's the only internship placement cell gives us, which is mostly non-paid; they only give us a certificate.
Infrastructure: We have two geography labs Wi-Fi is available in the in the bamboo room and classes with stars are also available. The library is very good, and course-related books, articles, and newspapers are available. Wi-Fi is also available in library and canteen food is good. It's one of the largest and it's price is quite affordable.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified and some of them are very helpful too. Teaching quality is also good, but it does not make a student industry ready as, after graduation, they don't have many options for their career. Semester exams are moderate; 40% are required to pass.
Other: I chose this course because I was very keen on geography in my school days. Some teachers are very good, as they helped us personally with many problems. They should add some new skill enhancement course (SEC) so students can develop their skills and earn some money so that they can manage their pockets money events are very common in our amphitheater. Fests are organized two times a year by different societies and departments, which is not a good thing. They can organize event together, which will be more attractive and enjoyable full crowd is very good connectivity is also good, as there is a metro station outside our college campus that is surrounded by government offices and the JLN Stadium. I don't know much about scholarships, as we get admission through the CUET exam. Extracurricular activities are available, like NCC, CRICKET, VOLLEYBALL, FOOTBALL, etc.

Really good teachers and course.
Placements: In our course, 49 percent of students got placements. The highest package is 50k, and the lowest package is 4k. The percentage of students getting internships is 60 percent. Recently, Jal Board conducted an internship for the betterment of water treatment systems.
Infrastructure: Our college has better infrastructure, with Wi-Fi facilities in the computer labs. There are organized chemistry and physics labs, and there is a canteen facility with quality food at a cheap price. Sports facilities are also available for students interested in pursuing sports.
Faculty: Our teachers are super talented and knowledgeable. They have very good teaching qualities, like understanding and being supportive. The semester exams are quite easy, and the percentage of students passing the semester exams is 80 percent, which is a good number.

The college has good placements, cooperative teachers and a really good environment for games.
Placements: About 60% students are placed in our course. Average package offered is 4.90 lacs. The highest package offered is 23 lacs and the lowest is 4.50 lacs. Top recruiting companies are NIIT Ltd., KPMG INDIA, The Oberoi Group, S&B Global, TCS etc. Placements in Geography are good but very specific.
Infrastructure: In our course, there are various facilities for the students including the labs being well furnished and clean, spacious classrooms along with a WiFi which can be easily connected to our phones. The library has many books regarding every course.
Faculty: The departmental as well as the other teachers are very helpful. They are well qualified and have a vast knowledge in their subjects. They work hard and give their 100 percent. The course curriculum is relevant. Passing percentage is 45%. The exams held in this college are pretty good.
Other: I chose this course as it provides more information about India and the world. I can even choose this subject as my optional paper for government exams. I think water shortage in summers can be improved. There are so many events and fests held in our college. There are huge grounds for the students to play football, cricket, badminton, relay races and many other sports. There is even a scholarship for north eastern students and for others as well.
